“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine.”
–Marcia Angell, MD, New York Review of Books, 2009

Below follow 22 facts, each of which is individually disturbing enough, but when taken in conjunction paint a very ominous picture of the state of the medical establishment in America.

Embedded within the bowels of Big Pharma lie little known details most individuals are unaware of.

Most of these details rarely get reported by the mainstream media, and when they do, the slant is always in favor of Big Pharma, and if not, what the individual gets is a limited hang out, which barely even amounts to the ghost of the truth.

The following are some of the many issues that do not get to see the light of day, but should be spoken at length about:

#1: Did you know that the FDA frequently misleads the public regarding long term studies and health?

According to Dr. Peter Breggin, in his landmark book Toxic Psychiatry [review here]:

“People assume that FDA approval and the widespread distribution of a drug – with many patients taking it for months or years – means that longterm studies have found it safe in regard to side effects, drug interactions, dependency, addition, and withdrawal.  Thus, FDA approval grossly misleads the public, lulling it into an unfounded security.

The PDR admits that Prozac’s effectiveness has not been tested in controlled trials of “more than 5 or 6 weeks” and that “long-term” usefulness has therefore not been demonstrated.”[Bold Emphasis Added][1]

#2: Did you know that the U.S. and New Zealand are the only countries which allow drug companies to advertise directly to consumers?

Prior to 1997, there was a ban in place that restricted pharmaceuticals from advertising to consumers – known as drug-to-consumer-advertising, or DTCA- but this ban was removed, to the detriment of the populace.[2]

Why is this important?  Because that law was in place to protect individuals from the highly specialized, and yet misleading advertising of all drugs.

#3:  The great majority of prescription drugs sold is due to DTCA.  As Dr. Kelly Brogan notes in her landmark book, A Mind Of Your Own, The Truth About Depression [review here], in which she touches upon this specialized advertising:

“It’s been calculated that DTCA [drug-to-consumer advertising] is responsible for nearly half (49 percent) of requests for drugs.  And fully seven out of ten times doctors prescribe based on appeal by patients who learned through their computers and televisions that they have an “imbalance” that must be fixed with a pill.”[3][Bold Emphasis Added]

#4:  Coupled with the already disturbing above information, and with prescription drugs being doled out at 4 Billion per annum[4], it’s no wonder that Medical Errors are the third leading cause of death.[5]According to a new John Hopkins study, which is covered by the Washington Post:

“Their analysis, published in the BMJ on Tuesday [, shows that ‘medical errors’ in hospitals and other health care facilities are incredibly common and may now be the third leading cause of death in the United States — claiming 251,000 lives every year, more than respiratory disease, accidents, stroke and Alzheimer’s.”[6][Click here for the study named Medical Error – The Third Leading Cause Of Death In The US]

#5:  Unsurprisingly, given how Big Pharma & Big Medica have had no qualms in overstepping traditional boundaries, it’s no wonder that in many instances money from pharmaceutical companies sway Doctors’ prescriptions, which shows the serious conflict of interest.[7]

As Dr. Mercola elucidates:

“Not only was the receipt of drug-company money associated with a higher percentage of brand-name drug prescriptions, but the prescriptions rose with the amount of money received.”[Bold Emphasis Added]

#6:  Did you know, the FDA only requires two studies for drugs to be approved?

“…only two studies are required for FDA licensure of most pharmaceuticals, essentially leaving the population to participate in a post-marketing experiment in which adverse effects – casualties – are monitored passively.  It’s a fabrication of science to think these drugs have a place in medicine, what is meant to be the art of healing.”[8]

But there’s more.  Most drug research is in fact short term.  Dr. Brogan cautions:

Their patients have never consented to the long-term effects of these medications because pharmaceutical research is, by nature, short term.  There is no incentive on the part of the pharmaceutical companies to take a good look at what happens to the average individual when she takes a medication for a decade or so.”[9][Bold Emphasis Added]

#7:  This hyper-drugging of the populace has lead to prescription drugs in fact being 16,400% deadlier than terrorists.  But you won’t hear that in the mainstream media.[10]

#8:  Not only is our corrupt for-health for-profit medical system unsurprisingly the most expensive in the world[11], but our life expectancy is worse than that of a third world country.[12]

#9:  Heart surgery is 70 times more expensive in the US.[13]

#10:  Of course, with billions of prescriptions being filled yearly, it’s no wonder that 70% of Americans take prescription drugs.[14]

#11:  In fact, expensive treatment requests have predictably gotten so bad that Doctors are even calling for a ban for the duplicitous practice of DTCA.[15]

#12:  A large study, which was published in The Lancet, further debunks high cholesterol myths, admitting statin drugs are essentially worthless.[16]

#13:  Another study shows that combining multiple childhood vaccines isn’t safe, according to an article in the Journal Of American Physicians and Surgeons.[17]

#14:  The same statin drugs that were found to be worthless against cholesterol, are now going to be used as anti-cancer drugs.  You can’t make this stuff up![18]

#15:  Although the US has merely 5% of the world’s population, it consumes 80% of the world’s pain killers.[19]

#16:  A great portion of this is in large part to what is called “Disease Mongering” and the creation of disease.[20]

#17:  Pharmaceutical companies Genentech and OSI Pharmaceuticals have even been caught concealing adverse effects of drugs, and were ordered to pay a $70 million dollar fine.[21]

#18:   America has the worst infant mortality rate of all developed nations.  Let that disturbing fact sink in.[22]

#19: Since 1986 Big Pharma has had liability shielding preventing it from being prosecuted for endangering public health[23].  And some wonder why the medical establishment is so corrupt.

#20: Not long ago, medical conglomerate, Pfizer, paid over $2 BILLION Dollars for criminal and civil charges due to illegally promoting the use 4 of its drugs. [24]

#21: Merely months ago, a study proving that vaccinated children are 3 times more likely to be diagnosed with autism and other neurological issues was banned from the internet.[25]

#22:  Because of all of the reasons mentioned above, and more, Americans are spending over $30 billion dollars in out-of-pocket costs on alternative health[26].  Thankfully!

This overall pattern of dwindling care, that’s overly expensive, and only serves to fill the coffers of Big Pharma will only change when individuals quit buying in to the propaganda from the medical establishment.

And for all the technology, public schooling, and billions spent, our medical system isn’t even top 3 in the world, and the statistics prove it.

Instead of purchasing health insurance, perhaps individuals should focus on attaining health assurance.

The system in its current state sees people as nothing but cash cows, and the sicker they are, the more money they make.  And they also aren’t coming up with cures since that, also, will cut into their profits.
One must wonder, seeing that they have no virtues and are willing to throw the people under the bus with lies and fraud, what else are they willing to do?

Take control of your health, while you still got time.

Education will eviscerate ignorance; nutrition will beat disease; corruption will continue to be exposed; but only if the individual chooses to make it so.

Be mindful, stay aware.

Individuals can go with the flow, and take the tides as they come, or they can choose to rise to the occasion.

Pierce the veil.

Cast light on the shadows.

And become the solution you’ve always waited for.

Book Review: Seeds Of Deception – Exposing Industry & Government Lies About The Safety Of The Genetically Engineered Foods You’re Eating by Jeffrey M. Smith

Seeds Of Deception – Exposing Industry & Government Lies About The Safety Of The Genetically Engineered Foods You’re Eating by Jeffrey M. Smith is a relentless foray into the veil of deception obfuscating genetically modified food that has been cast by Big Biotech companies like Monsanto & Co.

Seeds Of Deception is chock-full of hundreds of references that eviscerate the conventional narrative in very incisive ways.  These countless examples shown by the author poignantly point out many of the issues that genetic engineering of organisms is fraught with.

A snippet into some of the inherent issues that plague genetically engineered foods mentioned in the book involve code scramblers, messing up the host’s normal DNA, horizontal gene transfer and antibiotic resistance, gene silencing, environmental influences, turning on your genes, waking sleeping viruses, cancer and more safety issues that are highly unknown in society.

Regarding cancer, in fact, Smith elaborates:

“The CaMV light switch and other viral promoters used in GM crops can also activate other, non-viral genes in species where it “happens to be transferred,” says Ho and others.  “One consequence of such inappropriate over-expression of genes may be cancer.”  Stanely Ewen, one of Scotland’s leading experts in tissue diseases, agrees.  He says that CaMV promoter “could affect stomach and colonic lining by causing a growth factor effect with the unproven possibility of hastening cancer formation in those organs.”[1][Bold Emphasis Added]

Not only are the health issues involved with genetically modified organisms [GMOs] detailed at length, but the author goes beyond that to cover the downright corruption that is taking place between Big Biotech and government as best exemplified by the revolving door between Monsanto and the FDA.  Coupled with that is the fact that many of the scientists that are working behind the scenes are also board members of Big Biotech companies in a classic conflict of interest scenario.

In fact, FDA corruption was so bad that hundreds of scientists either quit or retired.

Detailed below:

“FDA veterinarian Richard Burroughs described the changes he saw.  “There seemed to be a trend in the place toward approval at any price  It went from a university-like setting where there was independent scientific review to an atmosphere of “approve, approve, approve.”  He said, “the thinking is, ‘How many things can we approve this year?’ Somewhere along the way they abdicated their responsibility to the public welfare.”[2][Bold Emphasis Added]

FDA corruption is actually trenchantly detailed throughout the length of the book.

Not only that, but as Smith soberingly mentions:

“Research in the Journal of American Medical Association revealed that study of cancer drugs funded by non-profit groups were eight times more likely to reach unfavorable conclusions as the studies funded by the pharmaceutical companies.  Or consider the case of the genetically modified sweetener aspartame: About 165 peer-reviewed studies were conducted on it by 1995.  They were divided almost evenly between those that found no problem and those that raised questions about the sweetener’s safety.  Of those studies that found no problem, 100% were paid for by the manufacturer of the sweetener.  All of the studies paid for by non-industry and non-government sources raised question.  The manufacturer of the sweetener, by the way, is GD Searly, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Monsanto during that period.”[3][Emphasis Added]

Moving forward, a very much appreciated portion of the book comes at the end of it.  Smith makes it a point to outline many of the resources available to individuals in regards to this disturbing topic.  That just might be worth the price of the book alone given the many dangers inherent therein.

Regardless, even without that, the book showcases extensive evidence of GMO dangers that individuals should be cognizant of.  This book helps individuals view what the reality is regarding this propaganda-laden topic.  Not only that, but evidence continues being amassed that only buttresses Smith’s concerns.

The question is now, what will you as an individual do about it?

Book Review: A Mind Of Your Own: The Truth About Depression And How Women Can Heal Their Bodies To Reclaim Their Lives by Kelly Brogan M.D and Kristin Loberg

“Psychiatric diagnosis still relies exclusively on fallible subjective judgments rather than objective biological tests.”
– Dr. Allen Frances, author of Saving Normal

“Probably as much as 75% of the medicine of sickness is unnecessary and its cost can be avoided.”
–  Dr. Ghislaine Lanctot, Author Of The Medical Mafia

Dr. Kelly Brogan’s work first became known to me when she addressed countless health issues in an article she penned years back that was shared via the website GreenMedInfo. From there, she’s been one of my ‘go-to’ alternative medical doctors whose work we attempt to read as much as possible.

Given that, we’ve come to expect high quality information from the author, and she does not disappoint.

A Mind Of Your Own: The Truth About Depression And How Women Can Heal Their Bodies To Reclaim Their Lives by Kelly Brogan M.D and Kristin Loberg, takes the reader through a journey of countless examples of issues regarding medications doled out like candy by Big Pharma and doctors, coupled with other notable concerns within the medical establishment.

As someone who’s had a few friends that have depression, as well as being a person that has great interest in health, the information presented within this book is certainly greatly appreciated.

One of the greatest strengths A Mind Of Your Own showcases is the fact that this book is  chock-full of real data that would shock most people who haven’t begin doing their own research within the health establishment. In fact, some of it can be quite downright disturbing considering how many are affected by medications, which numbers in the untold millions.

Not only is this book a rather quick read, but the reader can see/feel the honesty and concern that have been staples of Brogan throughout her work. This is vital, because in the arena of medicine, there are countless doctors who care more about prescribing pills, than they do about the welfare of the patient and actually solving the problem.  This is known personally to me and my family via my many hospitalizations due to poor health, doing exactly what the doctors claimed.  It was only when seeking my own solutions following nutrition, getting off of medications, and many other issues that true healing began for myself.

This is where Dr. Brogan shines, because is doing what should be undertaken by most, if not all doctors or concerned individuals within the medical establishment, which is outlining the dangers so many people are going through in respect to side effects by the overmedication of America, as well as offering solutions/alternatives to the for-profit medical system.

Brogan’s outlook on the mental health in America is quite unique and reminiscent of another author. In fact, for me, it reminds me of a book called Toxic Psychiatry by Peter R. Breggin M.D., where the author not only outlines problems within the psychiatric establishment, but also, like Brogan, covers issues with medications that most people would consider safe, but aren’t as safe as they are made out to be.

Am not saying that the Dr. Brogan’s work takes from Dr. Breggin. What am saying is however, that both doctors have great concern regarding mainstream health, and seem to share very similar values in how they think patients should be treated in respect to solutions and such. This is just a personal opinion however.

This particular book ventures in a myriad of paths.  It rightly gives an extensive look into the theory of depression and not only how that is flawed but an outright fallacy.  It also covers many of the ways in which depression symptoms can manifest in people, which at times are solved with merely vitamins.  Coupled with that she mentions the little known fact that it only takes two studies to acquire FDA approval.

One would expect, with tens of millions of lives at stake, and with dozens of side effects to boot per medication, a more thorough process would be in place to safeguard against possible iatrogenic circumstances that plague the populace en mass.  But such is not the case.

Another great notion Brogan centers in on within her book is done in her chapter called The Great Psychiatric Pretenders.  Within it, Brogan details not only how the one-size-fits-all type of care that is carried out in America is inefficient, but she also provides a few of the circumstances that create bedlam within individuals and are often categorized as depression, but are incorrectly diagnosed.

It’s imperative to know this because people are walking around thinking a pill is the only solution to their problems when there are many more solutions than they realize.

Brogan also sheds light in a cursory glance at the fact that serious drug fraud has taken place in the past which is unknown to many.

There aren’t many doctors out there standing up for what’s right within medicine, but both Dr. Brogan and a growing number of others are. That is why is so vital to support these people, because they’re in it to help people and refuse to throw people under the bus.

In any case, if you’ve read any of Dr. Brogans work, this will definitely follow suit. She definitely pulls no punches in her journey to not only outlining dangers individuals should be concerned about, but also in offering holistic solutions that many do not realize are available.

If you’ve made it this far, and are really interested in the topic, do yourself a favor and purchase this book. That, or perhaps recommend it to people that might find great value in it, because they will find information that’s not only deep, but quite extensive. The information in this book can really change the course of someone’s life if they realize what’s out there.

In the age of information, ignorance is no excuse, and this book does an outstanding job of erasing mountains of ignorance that otherwise would be everpresent in respect to the mainstream medical establishment if one were not to exposed to it.

Bottom line, not only does Brogan absolutely eviscerate the Depression is a “chemical imbalance” meme with truck loads of data, but she also gives the reader precise methods in which they can retake their health back.

Now, if that’s not self-empowerment, what is?

Book Review: Phantom Self by David Icke

“When you’re the only sane person, you look like the only insane person.”
– Criss Jami

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit.  For what each man wishes, he also believes to be true.”
– Demosthenes

David Icke is surely a controversial speaker.

Icke’s work has come to be known as fascinating as it is wide-ranging, and for good reason.   The man will leave no stone unturned.  He’s not afraid of heading into places other people can’t even fathom, and many have come to appreciate this.

In Phantom Self, David Icke does a resounding job of not only showing various methods the system employs to carve out the consciousness from individuals, but he also shows the numerous facets the system has that play a role in making this process possible.

Throughout the book, Icke makes it a point from differentiating that we have two selves, the more superficial version of us that goes through life unaware of the deeper structure of life and reality, and the deeper level of conscious awareness that holds our unending potential, which is rarely tapped by individual.

Phantom Self showcases some of the previous information that Icke has shown, with good reason.  Much of this information is just as vital now, if not more so, as it was in the past.  And things have only gotten worse globally.

Readers of his previous work will be familiar with some of it.  Still, the information that Icke provides and how he distills it is vital to understanding how individuals and society will shed its shackles from the control grid as long as they take the appropriate action.

Issues such as education, media manipulation, propaganda, technology, genetically modified foods, bloodlines, depopulation/eugenics, Agenda 21/Agenda 2030, weather modification, et al are addressed quite extensively throughout.  The push for a transhumanistic future is also saliently detailed by the author.

As an avid researcher, my one qualm with the book is that Icke doesn’t source all of his statements.  He does provide quite a few sources, but a lot of the information that he writes as ‘matter of fact’ would be much stronger if he at least buttressed those statements with how he came to those conclusions.  There’s nothing wrong with giving your opinions about a matter, and they surely might be facts mind you, however, in order for some people to visualize the extent of control and corruption they will need to see a roadmap.  A roadmap is made up of those signposts, and those signposts in research are sources.

Be that as it may, that last fact doesn’t detract from the book.  Phanton Self provides more than ample information for it to be worth one’s money.

How icke chose to conclude the book resonates quite well, and certainly makes a lot of sense.

Its through individual self awareness and realization of our deeper conscious state that we as individuals will be able to see that we are the solution to the system.

Aggression will not be the solution to overturning the system.  In fact, the opposite is the case.  The system is ready for aggression in more ways than most realize.  Once we realize the depth of the power of our true selves – the power of the love for another – we will be able to detach ourselves from the meaningless and head on a new path.

The system will be changed only by people removing their support from it in every way shape or form.  Then, and only then will we be able to birth a new process and reign in the beginnings on the morrow.

As Ghandi once said:

“You assist an evil system most effectively by obeying its orders and decrees.  An evil system never deserves such allegiance.  Allegiance to it means partaking of this evil.  A good person will resist an evil system with his or her own soul.”

Book Review: Overdosed America – The Broken Promise Of American Medicine by Dr. John Abramson M.D.

“Probably as much as 75% of the medicine of sickness is unnecessary and its cost can be avoided.”
–  Dr. Ghislaine Lanctot, Author Of The Medical Mafia

” One of the first duties of the physician is to educate the masses not to take medicine.”
William Osler, M.D.

This is my first glance at Dr. Abramson’s work, and it did not disappoint.

Overdo$ed America – The Broken Promise Of American Medicine By John Abramson M.D., does an exceptional job of eviscerating what the conventional medical establishment has been doing for an extremely long time: misrepresenting medical data at the expense of the American populace’s health and well being.

Abramson’s foray into the heart of the medical establishment is something to behold.  He does what nigh no one within his field does, or even the mainstream establishment does, which is hone in on duplicitous dealings of the Medical Industrial Complex in many ways.

From manipulation of statistics, to scientific information that is highly inaccurate, no stone is unturned in this journey into the web of medical deception.

The foray of Dr. Abramson is reminiscent of the work of Dr. Brogan in her landmark book, A Mind Of Your Own – The Truth About Depression, and Dr. Breggin in his phenomenal book Toxic Psychiatry.

Both of those books destroy any semblance of reality within the psychiatric/medical establishment.  Abramson did the same in respect to prescription drugs, and in an extraordinary way.

The data collated within the doors of this book help individuals see the many intricacies that are unknown today.

Not only did the FDA allow in 1981 the drug companies to change the direct-to-consumer [DTC] advertising rules, allowing the pharmaceuticals to advertise to people, but they also further loosened the restrictions in 1997, opening the flood gates.

Therein began the normalization of advertising and drugs within the American landscape, which happens to be illegal in every country in the world except two: New Zealand and the United States.  That fact should give incisive folks pause.

Furthermore, the author delves into the pharmaceutical disasters that were Paxil, Celebrex, Vioxx, HRT, and more, but he doesn’t stop there.  Abramson also deconstructs how the supply side of medical care functions, and how it often increases costs, but not the benefits of health.

Another noteworthy point is the fact that the cholesterol guidelines are delved into at length, as the author covers many of the issues plaguing those guidelines.

There is a lot more covered by the author, and he also mentions some sensible solutions that can be carried out by individuals and the establishment.

All in all, this is a top-down analysis of a great portion of the issues plaguing conventional medicine, and why American’s health care costs have increased, but health has remained stagnant.

If you care about your health, or that of a loved one, society, solutions, and/or the intricacies of medicine et al., consider this compulsory reading.  The fact people don’t know about this information is costing lives, in the hundreds of thousands, and that’s not an exaggeration.

Preventable medical mistakes are the third leading cause of death in the United States, at over 400,000 deaths a year.  This book harpoons directly into the heart of the matter, and not knowing this information in the age of information is akin to willingly choosing ignorance when solutions are at hand in various modalities.

Book Review: Toxic Psychiatry – Peter R. Breggin, M.D.

toxicpsychiatry

June 12, 2016

World renown Harvard-trained psychiatrist, author, and researcher Dr. Peter R. Breggin, M.D. unleashes a tour de force in his book Toxic Psychiatry that blows an enormous hole into conventional mainstream medical thought.

Dr. Breggin completely eviscerates the mainstream ‘chemical imbalance’ garbage that has been spewed for decades, and he does so in a logical, caring, and unprecedented manner.

The book to me is highly reminiscent of Dr. Brogans recent landmark book A Mind Of Your Own – The Truth About DepressionBoth authors – Breggin & Brogan – in each of their respective books seeks to do the same: destroy the fallacy of “chemical imbalance causes depression” with mountains of scientific evidence while also showcasing some common sense solutions the individual can seek.  For that, each individual should be taken seriously and supported as much as possible.

Moving on, as Dr. Breggins book outlines rather methodically, there is no biological basis for the chemical imbalance theory of depression carried out by the mainstream psychiatric establishment.  This is buttressed by endless data supplied by the author.

In addition, Dr. Breggin sifts through examples of drugs like Lithium, Haldol, Halcion, Prozac & Xanax breaking down study after study after study regarding these drugs and their side effects in a way that mainstream media will never do. After all, Big Pharma pays mainstream media’s bills; who else do you think pays for the tsunami of advertisement we see on TV?

Of course, many folks are on a hair trigger when it comes to solving maladies with pills, and there’s a big reason for this.  Big Pharma/Big Medica has played a megalithic role in how people view drugs, and how people have access to information regarding them.

While in other countries it is downright illegal for Big Pharma to advertise, in America, such is par for the course.  America is one of only two countries in the world that allow this unfortunately.

How does that last fact couple with Dr. Breggin’s book?

As other doctors and investigators have mentioned, it’s no coincidence that there’s been an enormous upswing in how many people take antipsychotic medications over the last few decades.  With over 30 Million Americans taking antipsychotic medications, Big Pharma & the media have been highly instrumental in getting those very individuals asking their doctors for medications.

After all, the Big Pharma advertising engine has created an unprecedented upswing in drug use where Americans now end up taking 1.4 Billion prescriptions yearly.

Disturbingly, as the Dr. Breggin attests, “People assume that FDA approval and the widespread distribution of a drug – with many patients taking it for months or years – means that long-term studies have found it safe in regard to side effects, drug interactions, dependency, addition, and withdrawal.  Thus FDA approval grossly misleads the public, lulling it into an unfounded security.

The PDR admits that Prozac’s effectiveness has not been tested in controlled trials of “more than 5 or 6 weeks” and that “long-term” usefulness has therefore not been demonstrated.”[1]

Statements such as those should make sensible individuals pause.

Of course, many of those prescriptions are still doled out by psychiatrists/psychologists in the tens of millions.

However, this book does not end up pushing a no-medication type of solution.   The author instead strives for a multi-solution approach, where he cites some examples of how other types of alternative care could help individuals if they so chose.

Ultimately, a great component of what the author recommends is fostering an atmosphere of utmost caring, which should have already taken place by now had the system not been so corrupt.

Listening, and doing so patiently would go a much longer way than prescribing most folks more prescription drugs.  Such a simple choice would solve so many inherent issues.

The system that Dr. Breggin expounds upon should be adopted, or at minimum elaborated upon.

After all, if the current Big Psych industry was doing its job, people would be getting cured, drug use would decline and not increase, and overall health would also get better.   However, we know the opposite is taking place.

Ironically, as some have stated, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the very definition of insanity.  To that effect, that’s exactly what the Psychiatric & Medical Establishment have been doing, and health in America has only gotten worse.

Its time for a change.  This book helps lay part of that much-needed foundation.

P.S. For those curious about more avenues regarding health, besides Dr. Breggin, other great doctors that might be of interest to many of you would be as mentioned before Dr. Brogan, Dr. Mercola, Dr. Duzanne Humphries, Dr. Sircus, Dr. Natasha Campbell-Mcbride, Dr. Russell Blaylock, Tetyana Obukhanych Ph.D and the work of Sarah Ballantyne PhD. These people all put out very high quality information regularly and are concerned with various aspects of health. But don’t take my word for it, do your own research so you can be better informed.

Review [Recommended Book] – Rise Of The Fourth Reich By Jim Marrs

“Since the war was lost, the “enemy lines” meant, quite literally, a new kind of special guerilla warfare was to be waged from a postwar Nazi underground, quite literally, “behind enemy lines” which would in the aftermath of the war, cover the entire globe, and that warfare was deliberately conceived in conjunction with an advanced technology that, in the hands of Weltanschauungskrieg experts, would be used to spread fear, terror, confusion, and thereby to demoralize the enemy, short circuit his world-interpretation and decision making process….But what precisely, was that technology?”

– Joseph P. Farrel, Saucers, Swastikas And PsyOps – A History Of A Breakaway Civilization: Hidden Aerospace Technologies And Psychological Operations

“If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.”

“The hierarchical organization and the initiation through symbolic rites, that is to say, without bothering the brain but by working on the imagination through magic and the symbols of a cult, all this is the dangerous element, and the element I have taken over.”

– Adolf Hitler

In this tour de force, The Rise Of The Fourth Reich – The Secret Societies That Threaten To Take Over America, Jim Marrs does unparalleled work in exposing an extensive amount of data regarding the Nazis that you will not get taught in school.

As its often said, history is written by the winners, and an odd history it is that most people know very little about the Nazis except for what they have heard about from the mainstream media.

One quick, yet notable example of how history is twisted, is the fact that much of the populace is blind to the fact that America, the Vatican, as well as other countries funneled Nazis through ratlines in droves. If that were it, it would be bad enough. However, many of those very high-ranking criminal Nazis were given positions of power within the establishment of the time via Project Paperclip; most notable of those is Dr. Wehrner Von Braun, who in later years became the head of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration [NASA]. Other high ranking Nazis brought over in such a manner include Kurt Diebner, Otto Hahn often called “the father of nuclear chemistry” Walter Gerlach, and many others.

Therein, by 1955, nearly a thousand German scientists had been funneled into the United States and given vital positions within the American Scientific community. This gave firm roots to what Jim Marrs calls ‘The Fourth Reich’, within the American Landscape.

An examination of those very Nazi roots within the American establishment is what Marrs carries out in this landmark book.

From his foray into the strangeness of Rudolf Hess and his particular case, to an examination of what is oft-termed ‘Nazi Wonder Weapons’, Marrs – like a heat seeking missile – locks into the most keen of aspects in his extensive synopsis of the Nazi abstruse lore.

Another great topic of note that affects our everyday lives – yet has its nascent stages within the Nazi history – is the one of the neurotoxin Fluoride.   Unbeknownst too many is the fact that not only is this toxin put into the water supply, but it also causes extensive detrimental side effects such as lower IQ [as Harvard studies find], mental retardation, brain damage, skeletal fluorosis, increased bone fractures, genetic damage, dental fluorosis, gastrointestinal disturbances.  Marrs also covers the noxious Aspartame, which the FDA knows has 92 potential side effects, but still pushed it through since it was Donald Rumsfeld’s Bioweapon Legacy.

Some of the other topics touched upon by Marrs include the Nazi Mind Control programs [that aided in the spawning of the infamous MK-Ultra Mind Control program], as well as the elite & corporate ties to the Nazis, the Nazi connections to the pharmaceutical industry, I.G. Farben and their love for eugenics, the pervasive control of mainstream media, and a whole lot more.

Calling this merely a great book would be an understatement. This particular well researched piece is a veritable library of references for the inquiring individual. It is as well rounded as it is incisive. Not having it would be a great disservice to those wishing to understand the current criminals in a plethora of positions powers such as politics, finance, banking, etc. whose ties lead back to some these nefarious roots.

The Breakaway Guide To The FDA – [Part 1]

By: Zy Marquiez
December 16, 2015

There are many agencies in power whose premise is supposedly to protect a certain aspect of your life, health for instance.  The Food and Drug Administration [FDA] happens to be one of those agencies.

By their very website their charter clearly states:

“FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.”1

Some would surmise that since the FDA – with the above maxim to boot – is a Government Agency, then it must be doing its’ job.  However, nothing could be further from the truth.

A few glaring instances of their failure to follow their very adage will be presented below.  These examples implicitly dissolve the FDA’s very dictum.

Let’s now take a gander at an excerpt from the unparalleled book 63 Documents The Government Dosn’t Want You To Read by Jesse Ventura & Dick Russell.

BackGround

Each year, more than 300,000 Americans are hospitalized and 5,000 die after consuming contaminated foods and beverages.  Recent high-profile outbreaks of foodborne illness have raised serious questions about FDA’s inspections process and its ability to protect the Nation’s food supply.  The Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry requested that the Office of Inspector General [OIG] review the extent to which FDA conducts food facility inspections and identifies violations.

FDA inspects food facilities to ensure food safety and compliance with regulations. During an inspection, FDA inspectors may identify potential violations of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act as well as other applicable laws and regulations.  Based on the outcome of the inspection, FDA assigns a facility one of three classifications: official action indicated [OAI], voluntary action indicated [VAI], or no action indicated [NAI].  In addition, FDA may choose to change a facility’s initial classification to another classification under certain circumstances.

FDA relies on several approaches to determine whether a facility corrected the violations found by inspectors.  FDA may review evidence provided by a food facility describing any completed corrective actions.  FDA may also reinspect a facility to verify that corrections were made.

Findings

On average, FDA inspects less than a quarter of food facilities each year, and the number of facilities inspected has declined over time.  Between the fiscal years [FY] 2004 & 2008, FDA inspected annually an average of 24 percent of the food facilities subject to its inspection.  Except for a few instances, there are no specific guidelines that govern the frequency with which inspections should occur.  Further, the number of food facilities that FDA inspected declined between FY’s 2004 & 2008, even as the number of food facilities increased.  In addition, the number of inspections of facilities that have been desginated by FDA as “high risk” has also declined.  FDA officials noted the overall decline in FDA inspections was largely due to a decline in staffing levels.

Fifty-six percent of food facilities have gone 5 or more years without an FDA inspection.  FDA identified 51,229 food facilities that were subject to inspection and were in business from the start of FY 2004 until the end of FY 2008.  Of these, 56 percent were not inspected at all, 14 percent were inspected a single time, and the remaining 30 percent were inspected two or more times.  If FDA does not routinely inspect food facilities, it is unable to guarantee that these facilities are complying with applicable laws and regulations.

The number of facilities that received OAI classifications has declined over time.  The number of inspected facilities that received OAI classsficiations decreased from 614 in FY 204 to 283 in FY 2008.  The percentage of facilities that received OAI classifications also dropped from nearly 4 percent to nearly 2 percent during this 5-year period.  In addition, nearly three-quarters of the facilities that received OAI classifications in FY 2008 had a history of violations.  Two percent of facilities that received OAI classifications refused to grant FDA officials access to their records.

FDA took regulatory action againts 46 percent of the facilities with initial OAI classifications; for the remainder, FDA either lowered the classification or took no regulatory action.  In FY 2007, a total of 446 facilities initialy received OAI classifications.  FDA took regulatory action against 46 percent of these facilities.  For the remainder, FDA lowered the OAI classification for 29 percent and took no regulatory action for 25 percent.

For 36 percent of the facilities with OAI classifications in FY 2007, FDA took no additional steps to ensure that the violations were corrected.  In FY 2007, 280 facilities received OAI classifications that were not lowered by FDA.  For 36 percent of these facilities, FDA did not reinspect them within a year of the inspection or review other evidence provided by facilities to ensure that the violations were corrected.2

As can be gathered by the information above, the FDA has had an extremely questionable modus operandi for starters.  Their failure to act in many circumstances against violating facilities not only shows their lack of initiative to tackle issues that are imperative, but in addition also showcases the downright negligence to carry out their charter, which poses a great threat to the American public’s health.

The fact that the FDA does not also have the manpower to conduct its much needed operations is no excuse for the poor inspection performance either.

In addition to their lassitude in face of violations, the FDA has also undertaken a censorship operation in attacking walnuts, not only claiming they pose no health benefits, but also stating them to be “unapproved drugs.”3 In fact there is plentiful evidence that points to the contrary. Not only have walnuts been shown to help againts osteoporosis, but its also been shown to safeguard againts cancer.5

Now why would the FDA undertake a campaign against a food that helps fight cancer?  Was that just one case in which they attacked by ‘coincidence’ a beneficial food, or are there other examples of this?  Do they have an agenda we do not know about?  Is there additional evidence of this?  We will continue to ask questions and dig deeper into the FDA’s hazardous track record.

For now, always remember, healthy skepticism never hurt anybody.  And always make sure to do your research irrespective of topic – it can only be beneficial.

The choice is yours, always.

In America Everything Is Backwards

“There is no confusion like the confusion of a simple mind.”
– F. Scott Fitzgerald

By: Zy Marquiez
December 19, 2015

What brings people to have blind faith/trust in the establishment?

Its a fascinating and yet concerning situation that seems to be plaguing society as a whole.

Speaking to many folks over the last few weeks/months it’s been easy to see why so many people from different walks of life are confused throughout society about a myriad of issues.

One compelling reason is because things aren’t as they seem in this carefully constructed matrix of ours.  While that might seem obvious to some, in this boundless world of ours many things that are obvious go unnoticed far than most realize.

The insidious process is best described by the following quote:

“In America fact is fiction and fiction is fact.”

The above words have been echoed countless times by former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Catherine Austin Fitts.

In her series called “Let’s Go To The Movies” at her website Solari.com, she has often talked about how in America one great way to learn about everything is by watching movies.

This is because in reality watching movies are a great way to hone in on the things that are taking place in the American landscape. In fact, things that one might think straight forward in America are in fact backwards as is alluded too by Ms. Fitts’ quote.

Michael Ellner explains this notion best in his notable words:

“Just look at us. Everything is backwards, everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, psychiatrist destroy minds, scientists destroy truth, mainstream media destroys information, religion destroys spirituality and governments destroy freedoms.”

The previous words aren’t just random, they are very precise and unfortunately have quite a precedent set for them.

The following links have ample evidence of our backward system.

Doctors destroying health:

Obviously missing from those are law, government, and religion.  Do we really have to go there?

Sadly, there are countless more links/articles/papers/documentaries that can be had in all of these topics which illustrate many of the issues at hand.  That also doesn’t even begin to touch other vital disciplines as education, finance & logic et al [logic being nigh non-existant from the  education system, and arguably the most vital].

A great question to ask oneself is, why aren’t more people noticing this trend that is obvious to many? As you pierce that veil, you will come to realize how carefully constructed our reality matrix is.

This is why its vital for the individual to realize what is what, in this world of ours.

Now that you have seen why things why we have a reverse-reality, what are you going to do about it?

Ruminate about that a bit.

The choice is yours. Always.

Breakaway Guide To Neotame

By: Zy Marquiez
December 12, 2015

Upon laying a strong foundation in respect to what type of nonsense takes place unabated in our food with Aspartame, let us now move forward and dig deeper into it’s respective cousin – Neotame.

In similar fashion to Aspartame, Neotame, which is a chemical derivative of the prior, incorporates components that are metabolized into formaldehyde, a highly noxious poison, and an excitotoxic amino acid that agitates thereby damaging, nerves.

Keep in mind, aspartame currently accounts for over 75% of all side effects complaints received by the FDA’s Adverse Reaction Monitoring System [ARMS] for the past 4 years.  A Monsanto-created chemical, Neotame has nigh the same composition, and in fact could be far worse.

Once their patent for Aspartame was expiring, Monsanto opted to develop Neotame and therein had no trouble gaining approval in 2002 from the FDA.

It is theorized that the artificial sweetener Neotame is between 7,000 to 13,000 times sweeter than sugar, and 30-60 times sweeter than aspartame.  This would thus allow manufacturers to use an infinitesimal amount of this substance within their product.

Due to the fact that the FDA requires no labels whatsoever of ingredients which contributes less than 1% of their product, in some instances the neurotoxin Neotame can be used in foods without therein having to be subsequently listedon the lable.  Also, Neotame is surreptitiously concealed within the questionable “natural flavors” section on some packaged foods.

This highly concentrated, white crystalline powder contains the same synthetic derivative of the two amino acids as aspartame – L-aspartic acid and L-phenylalanine – plus the chemical methanol, or wood alcohol. To this compound 3-dimethylbutyl has been added. NutraSweet Company states that neotame is perfectly safe, yet 3-dimethylbutyl happens to be on the Environmental Protection Agency’s [EPA] most hazardous chemical list.

In a letter written to the FDA in March 3, 1998, Dr. Robert – who is a physician & director of the Palm Beach Institute for Medical Research – stated the following:

“I am writing to express my extreme opposition to approving the Food Additive Petition for Neotame submitted by Monsanto Company.

It is my professional opinion that this chemical poses a potential major health and environmental hazard to the American public — particularly in the absence of extensive, detailed and long term animal and human studies [which I have been unable to obtain] that could prove its safety to my satisfaction. I am a Board-certified internist, and have been the unsalaried director of the Palm Beach Institute for Medical Research [not-for-profit] since 1964.

This opinion is based on more than a decade of intense, corporate-neutral clinical and epidemiological research concerning the widespread serious medical problems directly attributable to products containing aspartame [NutraSweet, Equal]. My own database currently exceeds 1,150 reactors. I have documented these reactions in more than a score of published articles and letters, and three books.

The fundamental issue is that Neotame, a synthetic variation of aspartame, requires extensive evaluation before the FDA should accept a superficial opinion about its purported safety based largely on limited short-term data involving potentially flawed protocols that were almost totally funded by corporate contracts. [For perspective, I have not received a cent of industry money for my researches.] This matter is discussed at length in my publications relative to both animal and human studies.

The timing and self-serving corporate interests of this petition are suggested by the fact that the patent off aspartame expired several years ago.

The approval of any analog of aspartame for human use MUST be challenged. In my opinion, there is already sufficient evidence for aspartame products to be withdrawn from the market as an “imminent public health hazard” NOW! I have documented severe neurological, intellectual, psychiatric, metabolic, endocrine, allergic and other reactions to aspartame products in hundreds of patients. Moreover, there is considerable reason to invoke aspartame and its metabolites as a cause of significant contributory factor in the aggravation of precipitation of diabetes and its complications, multiple sclerosis, brain cancer [see enclosed peer-reviewed article], and the acceleration of Alzheimer’s disease [refer to my book ‘DEFENSE AGAINST ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE’]. I summarized these perceived hazards in previous correspondence to Representative Newt Gingrich [copy enclosed] requesting a new Congressional hearing on the safety of aspartame products.”

Two years before the FDA approved neotame, the Monsanto Co. sold the NutraSweet Co. to J.W. Childs Equity Partners II, L.P., a private equity firm that also own the Sunny Delight Beverage Co. and Mattress Firm, among other companies. At the time of this purchase, NutraSweet issued a press release bragging about how neotame would drastically change the sweetener industry, even though it had not yet been approved for use.

Commenting on the company’s plans for neotame, Nick E. Rosa, a former senior vice president at Monsanto who was given the position of president and CEO of NutraSweet at the time the company transferred ownership to J.W. Childs, had this to say:

“The NutraSweet Company revolutionized the sweetener industry in 1981 with the introduction of aspartame, and we intend to do it again with neotame when we receive approval from various regulatory agencies around the world.”

Just as predicted, NutraSweet strong-armed FDA approval for neotame in the U.S. in 2002, and quickly expanded approval to at least 69 other countries in the following decade. But the company presumably still has a lot of work to do if it hopes to bring neotame to the same level as aspartame, which is sold in more than 100 countries and used in more than 5,000 consumers products used by 250 million people worldwide.

Both Aspartame and Neotame contain substances that are metabolized into formaldehyde, a highly toxic poison, and an excitotoxic amino acid that agitates, thereby damaging, nerves.

At the time Neotame was originally approved by the FDA, Feingold.org, which battles the addition of many dodgy food additives, stated:

We did a search of MedLine to find studies of adverse effects or side effects of Neotame. Only four studies appeared, two of which were not studies, and the other two of which were actually a single study done by NutraSweet company researchers.

Feingold aptly described one of the nonstudies as effectively saying, “If we don’t look, we won’t know anything bad.” The other, by the World Health Organization, is not a look at potential toxicity, but rather is about setting acceptable daily intakes of Neotame, along with other artificial sweeteners. Note: One must wonder how the FDA justifies non-listing of an ingredient for which there’s an acceptable daily intake.

Mary Nash Stoddard, founder of the Aspartame Consumer Safety Network, compared the historic arc of tobacco company research with that of Aspartame. It applies equally well to Neotame:

There is a parallel issue with which to compare the Aspartame issue. That of cigarettes and the deadly effects of smoking. The massive Tobacco Industry was able to produce large volumes of scientific studies showing smoking “does not” cause: lung cancer, heart disease, strokes or death. Today, mainstream science accepts the fact that smoking can be deadly and addictive. So it is with Aspartame & Neotame, whose approval was based, not on scientific fact, but as an issue of public policy.

So what are possible alternatives?

Stevia is an herb that has been used as a sweetener in South America for hundreds of years. It is calorie–free, and the powdered concentrate is 300 times sweeter than sugar. It is widely used all over the world. In Japan, for example, it claims 41% of the sweetener market, including sugar, and was used in Japanese Diet Coke until the company replaced it with aspartame to “standardize” worldwide.

Another possibility is Palm Sugar. Palm sugar is a nutrient-rich, low-glycemic crystalline sweetener that looks, tastes, dissolves and melts almost exactly like sugar, but it’s completely natural and unrefined. It’s acquired from the flowers growing high on coconut trees, which are opened to collect their liquid flower nectar. This nectar is then air-dried to form a crystalline sugar that’s naturally brown in color and naturally rich in a number of key vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, including potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6.

It is never refined or bleached like white sugar.  So the nutrients it was made with are still there. That’s rare for sweeteners, most of which are highly refined. Even stevia is highly refined in its white powder form [real stevia is a green herb].

Lastly there is Xylitol, which has been shown to have many health benefits, yet few know of its healing power to prevent ear infections in children. It inhibits bacterial growth thus helping to avoid the use of dangerous antibiotics.

Xylitol is a natural low-calorie, low-glycemic sugar substitute produced from the fibers of fruits, vegetables, and trees such as plums, raspberries, corn, and birch. Xylitol is as sweet as sugar and can be used safely by diabetics. As xylitol is a mild sugar alcohol, excessive consumption over 30 grams per day can cause a temporary laxative effect that disappears with continued use as the body adapts. It is also important to find a source of xylitol that is GMO free if made from corn.

The best way to avoid illnesses is by avoiding the products that cause them.  After many years of researching Aspartame, its more than obvious that this is one of the main engines of disease in the products which harbor it.

After a step back when one takes a focused look into the subject at hand, one comes to realize that the evidence is undeniable.

Definitely implore you to take a gander, and really understand the gravity of the situation.  Your health and that of your loved ones depends on it.
