300 Word Memories #9 – Taking Things For Granted

Life has many intricacies that make it worth living.  It is in these intricacies, these auspicious moments that life seems to take a rather unique flavor.  Every day presents a new journey, every hour offers a new possibility, every moment is a gift to be had and appreciated.

As life begins ticking down the seconds, minutes, and days of our lives, and we get wrapped up in our daily routines, it’s easy to forget how precious and unique each of our lives is.  These leads to many people, myself included, to begin taking things for granted.

For example, one thing many people tend to take for granted is health.  People tend to think that because they seem healthy, they are healthy.  And then, ‘out of nowhere’ a diagnosis with a serious chronic disease hits them, utterly blind-siding them.  Whether the disease is cancer, diabetes, heart disease, MS, or something else, diseases don’t come out of nowhere.  This happens because the body has stopped being at-ease, and now is in a state of dis-ease.

While it seems obvious, things that seem to be common sense these days get overlooked all the time, which makes me believe that common sense is not so common, which is why I call it [un]common sense quite a bit.

I become disheartened seeing these events take place because we live in an age where people know more than any other age in history, and yet ignorance is more rampant than ever, especially ignorance about health.

If people take health for granted, which is arguably the most precious thing in life, what else are they taking for granted?

I am only ruminating here, particularly because I’ve been there, as many of you have as well.  That said, after being hospitalized half a dozen times and spending months in the hospital, I quit taking my health for granted.  This is also a reason why I share a lot of natural and alternative health information in this blog.

What I have learned is that there’s two ways we as individuals go through life.  We either contribute to a positive state of being in every single way, for ourselves, and others, which affects our heart, mind, body, and soul.  Or we contribute to a negative state.  Each and every single choice we make contributes to one of these two states, and there really is no in between.  There’s no half-way to healthy.  An individual is either healthy, or they aren’t.  Moreover, the combined net effects of these choices, hopefully positive contributions, will have a compound effect.   Having better health, helps your mind, body, and allows you to be in a better state of awareness.  When we have a clear mind, it is easier to make high quality decisions about all aspects in life.  The same goes for everything else.  Unfortunately, the opposite is also true.

Ultimately, life is about the quality of choices we make.  If we carry out high-quality decisions in life, we will have high quality results.  If we make poor-quality choices in life, we will have poor quality results.  It’s that simple.

That being said, for me, after almost having a dance with the reaper, choosing whether to be healthy or not wasn’t even a choice.  If I wanted to live a healthy meaningful and fulfilling life, I had to do everything possible and be proactive rather than reactive as I had been in the past.

No more taking things for granted, especially important things.  I am not going to become a statistic.

My only hope is that more people realize what they take for granted before it’s too late.  Lucky for me, I was able to re-steer the ship of my life into a new direction.  Unfortunately many do not have that opportunity.

We are the choices we make, and the totality of this accrues for better or worse, but in the end, we are in control, each and every single one of us.  Knowing that, let’s be cognizant and make high quality decisions every single day.

Below is some information provided by various sources, concerning the dangers of Fluoride. This should be taken in conjunction with the previous post:

The Breakaway Guide To Fluoride

The above link, and what follows will give ample evidence as to the dangers of fluoride, and why they should be avoided.

The disturbing quotes, which were found in the NoFluoride.com website, follow:

“It is now clear that fluoride is a potentially harmful substance when present in the drinking water in any amount.”
– Dr. Simon Beisler, Chief of Urlogy, Roosevelt Hospital and Past President of the American Urological Association.

“The American Medical Association is NOT prepared to state that no harm will be done to any person by water fluoridation. The AMA has not carried out any research work, either long-term or short-term, regarding the possibility of any side effects.”
– Dr. Flanagan, Assistant Director of Environmental Health, American Medical Association.

“Based on data from the National Academy of Sciences, current levels of fluoride exposure in drinking water may cause arthritis in a substantial portion of the population long before they reach old age”
-Dr. Robert Carton, former EPA Scientist.

“Fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, probably because of their capacity to modify the metabolism of cells by changing the permeability of the cell membrane and by inhibiting certain enzyme systems.”
Journal of the American Medical Association, Sept 18, 1943

Segments of the population are unusually susceptible to the toxic effects of fluoride. They include “postmenopausal women and elderly men, pregnant woman and their fetuses, people with deficiencies of calcium, magnesium and/or vitamin C, and people with cardiovascular and kidney problems.”
United States Public Health Service Report (ATSDR TP-91/17, pg. 112, Sec.2.7, April 1993)

“fluoride exposure, at levels that are experienced by a significant proportion of the population whose drinking water is fluoridated, may have adverse impacts on the developing brain.”
– Greater Boston Physicians for Social Responsibility, May 2000

“It is now clear that fluoride is a potentially harmful substance when present in the drinking water in any amount.”
– Dr. Simon Beisler, Chief of Urlogy, Roosevelt Hospital and Past President of the American Urological Association.

“The plain fact that fluorine is an insidious poison harmful, toxic and cumulative in its effects, even when ingested in minimal amounts, will remain unchanged no matter how many times it will be repeated in print that fluoridation of the water supply is ‘safe.’”
– Dr. Ludgwig Grosse, Chief of Cancer Research, U.S. Veterans Administration.

In Harlem, NY, which has been fluoridated for 32 years, “There’s more dental decay among these kids; we see the beginning of inflamed gingivitis in their mouths.”

– Dr. Charles Gordon Heyd, Past President of the American Medical Association.

“…fluoridation … it is the greatest fraud that has ever been perpetrated and it has been perpetrated on more people than any other fraud has.”
– Dr. Professor Albert Schatz, (Microbiology), co-discoverer of Streptomycin, the cure for tuberculosis and numerous other bacterial infections.

Fluoride may be destroying our bones, our teeth and overall health.. it doesn’t need to be added to our water and we may be taking unnecessary risks by doing so. ”
– Dr. Hardy Limeback, a leading Canadian fluoride authority, former fluoride advocate and long-standing consultant to Canadian Dental Association.

“The evidence against the safety of this public health policy keeps mounting; it is too compelling to ignore.”
– Dr. Phyllis Mullenix, Children’s Hospital, Boston

“By 1983 I was thoroughly convinced that fluoridation caused more harm than good. I expressed the opinion that some of these children with dental fluorosis could, just possibly, have also suffered harm to their bones”
– Dr. Colquhoun, former Principal Dental Officer for Auckland New Zealand.

“.. the evidence is quite convincing that the addition of sodium fluoride to the public water supply at one part per million is extremely deleterious to the human body”.
– Chief Justice John Flaherty, of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (presided over litigation involving fluoridation)

“This record is barren of any credible and reputable scientific epidemiological studies and/or analysis of statistical data which would support the Illinois Legislatures determination that fluoridation of the water supplies is both a safe and effective means of promoting public health.”
– Illinois Judge Ronald Niemann (presided over litigation involving fluoridation)

“the artificial fluoridation of public water supplies, such as contemplated by (Houston) City ordinance No. 80-2530 may cause or may contribute to the cause of cancer, genetic damage, intolerant reactions, and chronic toxicity, including dental mottling, in man; that the said artificial fluoridation may aggravate malnutrition and existing illnesses in man; and that the value of said artificial fluoridation is in doubt as to the reduction of tooth decay in man.”
– Texas Judge Anthony Farris (presided over litigation involving fluoridation)

“E.P.A. should act immediately to protect the public, not just on the cancer data, but on the evidence of bone fractures, arthritis, mutagenicity and other effects.”
– Dr. William Marcus, Senior Toxicologist at E.P.A.

In 1996, there were approximately 340,000 hospital admissions for hip fractures in the United States. Women sustain 75 percent-80 percent of all hip fractures. Medicare costs for hip fractures were estimated at $2.9 billion in 1991. Centers for Disease Control

“About one-half of the people with hip fractures end up in nursing homes, and in the year following the fracture, 20 per cent of them die.”
– Harold Slavkin, Director of National Institute of Dental Research (JADA 1999)

“..fluoride damages bone even at levels added to public drinking water” American Journal of Epidemiology, October 1999

“Since 1990, five major epidemiological studies from three countries-the United States, United Kingdom and France– showing a higher rate of hip fractures in fluoridated regions..”
– Australian & New Zealand Journal of Public Health
, 1997 vol. 21 no. 24

“..significant increase in the risk of hip fracture in both men and women exposed to artificial fluoridation at 1 ppm.”
– Journal of the American Medical Association
, August 1992

“..the recommended “optimal” intake (a level that has yet to be determined scientifically).”
– Journal of the American Dental Association
, Dec. 1995

“Water contains a number of substances that are undesirable, and fluorides are just one of them” stated Dr. F. A. Bull, State Dental Director of Wisconsin, speaking at the Fourth Annual Conference of State Dental Directors.

Hundreds of millions of dollars may be wasted annually on children’s fluoride treatments by dentists. Typically given once or twice a year at routine checkups, the treatments do nothing to reduce cavities in kids, says a study of insurance records. Journal of Public Health Dentistry

In June of 1999, the Majority Chairman of the Environmental Resources Committee, Pennsylvania House of Representatives stated “.. there is no solid scientific or medical evidence to show that fluoridation is of any beneficial help to public health, safety or welfare.”

The former editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association said he often received telephone calls from irate AMA members and letters from state medical societies and AMA officers “threatening political action against the editor and the Journal for publishing what offended them ideologically, or more likely imposed on (physicians’) ability to earn money.”
– Mr. Lundberg, editor of JAMA for 17 years

“That the artificial fluoridation of public water supplies, such as is contemplated by [Houston] City Ordinance No. 80-2530, may cause or may contribute to the cause of cancer, genetic damage, intolerant reactions, and chronic toxicity, including dental mottling, in man; that the said artificial fluoridation may aggravate malnutrition and existing illnesses in man; and that the value of said artificial fluoridation is in doubt as to the reduction of tooth decay in man.”
– Judge Farris, presiding judge in a case involving the fluoridation of Houston’s water.

The Washington Bureau editor of AD Impact, the monthly publication of the Academy of General Dentistry, wrote last year that supporters of fluoridation have had an “unwillingness to release any information that would cast fluorides in a negative light,” and that organized dentistry has lost “its objectivity – the ability to consider varying viewpoints together with scientific data to reach a sensible conclusion.”

“All of the organizations promoting water fluoridation agree that dental fluorosis, which is the first visible sign of systemic poisoning, increases with water fluoride levels.”
Dr. Kennedy, Past President of International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and a practicing Dentist for 20 years.

Knowing all the above, is it any surprise that water fluoridation failed modern civilization [as if it could really succeed], but it’s been rejected by place after place after place.

However, over the last few years, there has been quite the progress in the elimination of fluoride from the water supplies by the Fluoride Action Network [FAN]. This has been quite a lengthy battle, but it’s far from over.

Let’s not forget that many communities still face a veritable onslaught of toxins via the water ways. Some of these include chlorine, pharmaceutical drugs, hexavalent chromium, lead, aluminum, heavy metals, and much more.

This is why it’s imperative for individuals to take back their health.

Water being such an integral component, its something that shouldn’t be overlooked by the population.

Book Review: Gut And Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD

gutpsych

Zy Marquiez
January 13, 2016

There are many reviews out there in respect to this book Gut And Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD. Within these there’s a kaleidoscope of different point of views in respect to what their personal opinions/anecdotes have been.

One thing that one particular individual stated that the tone of the book seemed like the author offered a ‘miracle’ cure.   That was never something that seemed for me to be the case.  A treatment, by definition, is not a cure.  If after conquering whatever disease it might be, if an individual opts to stop this ‘treatment’ its very likely that disease will crop up once more.

Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride grounds the data provided in this book with an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence. Anyone looking for quick ‘miracles’ is sadly mistaken.

This book can help people, but its hard work – a lot of hard work. There are no guarantees however.

The human body is a constellations of systems within systems all performing a synergistic dance that makes us who we are. When portions of this system is out of balance – even just one aspect – there can be quite the detrimental side effects thereafter.

Given that, this book has helped a large amount of people that have opted to follow the diet/data provided here.

The data information provided in this book, especially when coupled with ‘The Paleo Approach’ By Sarah Balantyne Ph.D. helped me immensely.

Am just mentioning Balantyne’s book for those looking for more research into diet and how that can help one overcome [or at least move into the right direction] the countless diseases plaguing individuals nowadays.

As a person who has had Ulcerative Colitis, a sound diet has been a life saver for me, literally. This hasn’t come easy.

The title of this book doesn’t mention UC outright, however, the disease is definitely mentioned in the book, and more importantly, the issue of ‘leaky gut’ is tackled rather incisively. This is important because gut issues are present in all unhealthy people. When you look at disease from this angle, there is a lot of knowledge to be had for those seeking to why dis-ease is as wide spread as it is, as well as what are some of the things one can do to begin moving forward.

Getting back to a previous point, the diet component is not easy. It is possible however. If such wasn’t the case, so many people wouldn’t be giving this particular review and sharing anecdotal data of their successes and such.

For me personally, the sugar component was the hardest thing to overcome. Overcoming this factor is absolutely imperative for people to overcome if one wants regain their health.

Sugar is absolutely widespread in our culture these days, and it causes way more problems that can be listed here. As Campbell-Mcbride elucidates the average western person consumes about 160-200 lbs of sugar a year. Not only that, but sugar itself fuels Candida, and worse, cancer. And that’s just one component in the diet. The author mentions countless ones that cause deleterious issues.

Its important to know what causes dis-ease in our modern society, and this book does a particularly poignant job in shedding light into many confusing aspects of diet.

This book had been recommended to me years ago, and made the mistake of not getting it. If you have been interested in this book, don’t make the same mistake that was done by me. If you’re already here, you’ve probably heard of the work done by the author and whatnot, and are familiar with some of the progress that has taken place by people that have been willing to approach this with an open mind.

After being hospitalized countless times [almost every other year [and sometimes consecutive years ongoing] for many years and sometimes staying for weeks], and having been out of remission with UC for years at a time, something had to be done.

The solutions outlined by doctors were just not cutting it for me. Nothing was working. This was why it was easy to realize that big changes had to be implemented if a healthy life was going to be attainable for me again.

This book by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, as well as Balantyne’s book The Paleo Approach were very instrumental in me regaining my health. There are many options out there. Am just putting light to the information in hopes that perhaps in the future this help can help others as its helped me.

This is just speaking from personal experience. Take that for what it’s worth.

Topics such as the gut, the immune system, gut flora [and all its components] as well as even the gut-brain connection are all written about quite well. Toxins of all kinds are also broken down so to speak.

Within the recommended diet portion of the book, the most important and beneficial dietary changes that can be had are spoken about at length, as well as the top influences that help the immune system, as well as the ones that damage it, are also touched upon.

There really is a lot of vital information to be had by this book. The strength of it lies in how it allows the reader to realize the importance of gut health is, given the little amount of information coming out from the medical establishment.

In any case, there is extensive information for people whether they are at a beginner level, or come from a more experienced area in relation to these topics.

This is the type of information you wish everyone within the medical fields [and all education for that matter] were exposed too. That’s fantasy thinking however.

In the real world, the individual needs to do everything he can to regain their health, and its their responsibility to do that. This book helps you along that journey.

As mentioned before, a mistake was made by me years ago in not getting the book when it was extremely recommended by a dear friend of mine who had many health issues they conquered. Don’t make the same mistake.

If you’re interested, by all means go ahead. You will not regret it.

Breaking – Campbells Moves To Label Their GMO Products / Questions Still Loom

By: Zy Marquiez
January 8, 2016

In a stunning development, Campbell Soup is breaking rank with all other companies which do not label genetically modified ingredients in their products.

Following the recent victory in Vermont that requires genetically modified organism [GMO] labeling within the state, the company has begun taking action towards this new reality.

Where all this could be headed, the following article below by the New York Times elucidates:

Campbell Labels Will Disclose G.M.O. Ingredients

Most interesting shown within the article:

Campbell is also breaking with its peers by calling for federal action to make mandatory a uniform labeling system of foods that contain such ingredients, commonly known as G. M.O. labeling, said Denise Morrison, chief executive of Campbell.

Campbell is calling for mandatory labeling of products that use ingredients from G.M.O. crops. Credit Campbell Soup Company

“We’re optimistic that a federal solution can be reached in a reasonable amount of time, but if that’s not the case, we’re preparing to label all our products across the portfolio,” Ms. Morrison said in an interview.

She said about three-quarters of the company’s products contained ingredients derived from corn, canola, soybeans or sugar beets, the four largest genetically engineered crops. The change in labeling is expected to take 12 to 18 months.

The first example provided by the company, for a SpaghettiO’s label prepared for Vermont, is sparsely worded and does not specify which individual ingredients are genetically altered. It simply states at the bottom of the label: “Partially produced with genetic engineering. For more information about G.M.O. ingredients, visit WhatsinMyFood.com.” [Bold and underline emphasis added].

Whilst the opening statement should send a shot across the entire corporate food sector, the main point should be that there is an incredible lack of specificity of GMO labeling for a company claiming it wants a ‘mandatory uniform labeling system’.

What are we to take of this?

Is Campbell’s Soup attempting to make a politically corporately correct move by asking for what it knows is coming, but doing so in such a manner [keep in mind, they are not being specific about which items are being genetically modified] that ameliorates the amount of waves being caused by showing that they haven’t fully converted their products to precise GMO labels?

Another notable point of the article was put forth by Mr. Vilsack, who is the agriculture secretary. Please keep in mind, as Jon Rappoport of NoMoreFakenews.com has reported before, Tom Vilsack is one “of Monsanto’s most influential political allies in the world”:

“I’m going to challenge them to get this thing fixed,” Mr. Vilsack told The Register, adding that he was worried about “chaos in the market” if other states follow suit. “That will cost the industry a substantial amount of money, hundreds of millions of dollars, if not more, and it will ultimately end up costing the consumer,” he said.

The ultimate cost individuals eating GMOs would pay via their health, would be far more than what the financial increase to them will be. As penned by Christina Sarich, of NaturalSociety.com, this is a great reason why “over 60 countries have already passed mandatory GMO labeling laws”, with many countries such as Russia choosing an outright ban:

64 Nations Say No To GMO, Yet US Govt Nears Illegal GMO Labeling?

As Sarich implores trenchantly in the article:

“So are we really supposed to believe that genetically engineered crops are safe and that the average consumer in America who is practically begging for organic food is simply over-reacting, or are we to correctly assume that the United States has been bought by biotech?”

An excellent synopsis of the current issues regarding the abstruse, but rather overarching aspects of the GMO issues is covered by F. William Engdahl:

“Genetic Manipulation Of Organisms: Legal Victory in “Paris vs. Monsanto GMO Cabal”

As stated by Engdahl:

The entire field of so-called biotechnology is corrupt and rotten to its very unscientific, reductivist core. That should not surprise as it was created deliberately by America’s leading eugenics family and funded by their Rockefeller Foundation to advance their mad eugenics agenda at the very same time the Rockefeller Foundation was funding the Nazi eugenics research at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Berlin.

Within Engdahl’s analysis he also mentions what should be shocking to most, which is the fact that the Seralini study:

was the first-ever long-term rat study documenting the effects of a GMO diet in the entire twenty years’ history of commercial GMO. The results were bone-chilling.” [Bold Emphasis added].

Couple this with what investigative reporter Jon Rappoport mentions in:

Anti-GMO movement’s PR agency represent’s who??

The FDA is the criminal agency that allowed GMO crops through the door, to begin with, in 1996, by saying, based on zero research, that GMO and non-GMO crops were identical.”

Given the fact that Big Biotech has never really show any credible evidence of GMO safety in intergenerational studies, and more, should they even be trusted?

While the above news brought about by the NYT seems positive and ultimately, could be, we must remain concerned in the fact that there is still myriad issues not being addressed.

Why has Campbell Soup asked for a ‘mandatory uniform labeling system’ and then in the same breath, mention that they lack specificity in their products? It’s not like they didn’t know the labeling in Vermont was coming. If they were truly turning over a new leaf, those labels would be on the products already.

Detaching to gaze at the larger picture, why is Tom Vilsack even trusted as the secretary of agriculture, knowing he has extensive ties to Monsanto?

And finally, although over 92% of Americans polled are for GMO labeling, the better question is, why label the GMOs, when you can just ban them? Why allow ‘food’ that’s never been proven safe to be part of the food suply, especially when it has been supported by the surreptitious machinations of big biotech the whole way through?

One way or another, what Campbell Soup has carried out will show its true colors, sooner or later.

For the time being, be very skeptical, because for every new data point that arises, there are many that have are not being addressed except by a handful of people. And those questions, are ultimately where the darker side of GMOs lie.

Book Review: The Paleo Approach: Reverse Autoimmune Disease and Heal Your Body by Sarah Balantyne PhD

thepaleoapproach

“Pharmaceutical treatment has, thus far, failed to inhibit the tsunami of endemic diseases spreading around the world, and no new tools are in sight. Dramatic alterations, in direction of paleolithic-like lifestyle and food habits, seem to be the only alternatives with the potential to control the present escalating crisis.”

For me, this book has been a life changer. As someone who has had chronic Ulcerative Colitis for almost twenty years & am barely in my thirties, hospitalized countless times, this book is a godsend. This is due to the many benefits my health as accrued from implementing much of the advice within this book.

As a side note, the evolution of my health progression with UC went something like this: clean fluoride-free water > removal of toxins [aspartame, nitrates, soy, msg.] from dietary choices > removal of all fast foods > removal of processed foods > switching to organic/non-gmo nutrient-dense foods > gluten-free / paleo approach.

That’s just what helped me. We are all different, so different people will benefit at varying degrees. Am just sharing what helped me in order for it to possibly help others.

Now let’s dive in, shall we?

The Paleo Approach – Reverse Autoimmune Disease And Heal Your Body by Sarah Ballantyne, PhD is an absolute tour de force into regaining your health, with a top-down approach that is as extensive as it is deep in scope.

Although a great length of the book almost has a textbook feel, it is that very precision that shows how exact and thorough Ballantyne’s approach is. She details every aspect of the Paleo Diet discipline [if we may call it that] in a manner that is not just easy to follow, but simple to comprehend.

Ballantyne commences with many of the causes for autoimmune diseases as well as what contributes to those type of health complications/diseases. Thence she couples that along with lifestyle changes that could be contributing to the cause of your dis-ease.

Personally, this is the type of book that should be mandatory reading for everyone in High School, let alone college. The previous statement does not mean that this is the only approach, however.   There are many [dietary] approaches that can and have helped people. A few of these different approaches helped me at varying degrees, the paleo approach being the last anchor that has solidified my health.

Knowledge is imperative in our day an age. That is why nutrition and diet should be an integral component in everyone’s lives. Am saying this to outline the fact that the public school indoctrination system does nothing remotely substantial to address the lack of health knowledge in basic schooling. Then again they do the same with finance & logic, all three of which would help individuals greatly in attaining health, financial versatility and a range of analysis that is sorely needed in the world we live in.

Getting back on track, Ballantyne makes it a point in stating and restating the fact that diet alone cannot help an individual if that individual is still making poor lifestyle choices. While this might seem ‘common sense’ to some, it isn’t. Countless people believe that if they just change their diet, while not addressing other vital [and just as detrimental] issues, all will be okay. Nothing can be further from the truth.

Stress, for instance, causes deleterious issues to those that do not address this common problem.   Ballantyne addresses the stress topic rather poignantly, outlining many solid approaches that have helped many, myself included.

Ballantyne also dovetails into the importance of sleep, which is such an underrated component to health [and thus healing!], as well as not remaining physically stagnant. Moving, doing exercises, heck WALKING outside, all have great benefits. Don’t forget getting ample amounts of sun, for a variety of reasons.

Other issues that are addressed rather trenchantly within this book are the issue of gluten sensitivity [this one affected me greatly] in relation to autoimmune disease and how it affects the intestines, as well as the issue of gut dysbiosis, what it is and how it is caused.

Inflammation is another essential and yet abstruse topic that is focused upon. Ballantyne addresses this issue from myriad directions while also coupling it with stress, sleep and lifestyle choices.

Parasites, as well as persistent infections such as C.Diff are touched upon, as well as the role of probiotics in gut health.

The detrimental side effects of some medications are tackled and talked about in relation to optimal health.

Finally, lest not forget the role of healthy fats, antioxidants, nutrient-dense food, and much, much more.

Ballantyne anchors her book with a thorough nutrient table that’s an excellent reference for anyone, especially those following the ‘Paleo Approach’.

All in all, if you are someone, or know someone with an auto-immune disease, or simply want to live a healthier life, then this book should be at the top of your priority/research list.

The rest revolves around taking the first step, and staying on track.

The choice is yours.

America 2020 – What Will The Landscape Look Like?

By: Zy Marquiez
December 18, 2015

We are going to put imagination to a test.   You are each encouraged to do this on your own.

Put pen to paper, and imagine the world as it will be during the year 2020.

Let’s begin.

Monsanto‘s stock will be completely eviscerated as more information comes forth regarding their full range of cancerous products and genetically modified food garbage.

Cyber false flags will increase at a monumental rate. Said events will be used by the mainstream media presstitutes and the comptrollers to push further for a digital currency. Most people will be skeptical given the banking /financial establishment’s unstable records.

The powers that shouldn’t be will keep pushing the Vaccine agenda, but they will stir a hornet’s nest as millions of parents, specifically women, will draw the line at forceful vaccinations [such as SB277] which will also merge into a greater agenda, that being forceful medical procedures. Lines will be drawn. The parents will make sure there is hell to pay if anyone touches their children.

People will figure how to breakaway from fluorideFluoridation information will go widespread, as information will reach critical mass as countless more towns will continue to clamor for the removal of fluoridation such as this, and this, and this, and this, oh and this. Untold numbers of folks will begin to realize the benefits of real, clean water, and will purchase, and create their own filters as time goes by.

Aspartame will be seen as equal to diseases by a sizeable portion of the population and outright bans will be requested, which storm all the way up to congress as more and more people continue to file thousands of adverse side effects from the consumption of such products poisons.

The mainstream media will no longer be seen by the majority of the populace as the most trusted news source. Their numbers will continue to plummet, which will force buy-outs, mergers and outright shutdowns of entire news stations. More independent journalists will detach from the system and they will be coming out in droves. They will smell blood, and the sharks will circle, for the first REAL time in quite a while.

More cancer cures will be found, and an exponential number of people will find out the truth about the causes/cures for cancer and how Big Pharma/Big Medica and the comptrollers are responsible for the suppression of many [most?] of the cures.   An increasing number of people will also begin to seek alternative remedies for their diseases, and even more will learn how to combat diseases in more ways than most can imagine.

Organic, non-genetically modified, gluten free, locally grown fresh foods, will grow exponentially to the tune of tens of billions of dollars, with an outside shot at overtaking 100 billion as more corporations position themselves for the global change. This will propel a tidal wave of companies into a bottleneck for decent portions of the market share. New faces will rise, old ones will fall, but folks still remain weary given the previous behavior of corporations in years past.

Tangible assets will grow in people’s portfolios, and those said assets will become more readily known by the ‘average’ investor. People will take the reins of their financial flagship and steer it where it makes most sense for them, and not the corporations.   Savings rate will be the highest its been in decades. Banks won’t be as trusted as before, even though they will continue to clamor for a digital currencies.

Average health in the United States, and in many western nations, will begin to shift due to the unprecedented change of people shifting to real foods. More people will quit smoking and drinking due to the deleterious effects those vices cause on their health.

Homegrown foods will increase at an extremely rapid rate, and people will begin saving bucket loads of money due to this transition. Their health will also benefit greatly from such an endeavor.

Tyrannical government players will continue to play the ‘gun-control’ cards after real shootings coupled with false-flag operations. However, they will realize that similar to the Vaccine Agenda, the Gun-Control card will only be worse for them and will serve to wake people up as its continuing to do.

The controlled descent of the economy will have begin to shift into a holding pattern, as 3D printing, coupled with local/online small businesses which are infused with cash via crowdfunding programs that will continue to take the entire globe by storm as individuals stampede into taking their power back. Manufacturing within the United States will begin to look better than it has in over a decade. Small business will be a boon to the economy, especially local ones.

The fracture that is taking place behind the scenes between different warring factions of the globalist empires – some of them no doubt breakaways – will amplify in breath and scope. Mysterious murders and deaths will litter the American/European/global landscape as hidden players keep vying for power in this global game of chess. Who will win? That’s up to you to decide.

New whistleblowers will emerge within the Cancer, Vaccine, Health, Biotech, Financial and Intelligence structures. Data dumps will be the name of the game, and this will cause chaos behind the scenes.

Lockheed Martin’s stock will continue to grow due to their unprecedented technological innovation directly tied to the Breakaway Structure and powerplayers. Many space related corporations/assets will grow, many of them privately, and a select few will hold more power than people imagine. Space Ports will begin to grow en mass within the BRICS Nations. Space Tourism will be the talk of the day, but false flags will morph on the horizon beyond our atmosphere in the form of ‘accidents’.   Some battle lines will be drawn in the sand in space between the Breakaways and newer players.

But more importantly, you will realize how to play their game, which is by removing yourself from the board completely thus not allowing your time/money/energy to be tapped by such a noxious system.

The question isn’t why would those events take place? The question is why not? Some strong currents of change are already being felt.

The power will ultimately lie in the individual. Will the individual choose to continue the toxic life, or will they realize that there are other doors, other options to be able to live a better, happier, more product life for themselves? Time will tell.

All of this will ensue with billions of choices. You can either help your freedom, or help your slavery. In the end, everyone helps polish one side of the coin or the other.

On the pillars of tomorrow, Orwell and Huxley will be sitting. While relaxing on rocking chairs, volleying back and forth in a heated game of chess, they eventually note the change in the currents of humanity. Each will gaze at each other, nod, smirk, realizing that for the first time in modern times the tsunami of chaos that was heading in our direction, was redirected right at the powers that shouldn’t be.

Then Orwell proceeds to tell Huxley, “Guess Tesla was right?”

“Regarding what?” Huxley counters.

“Last week at our roundtable discussions remember he said ‘Every living being is an engine geared to the wheelwork of the universe. Though seemingly affected only by its immediate surroundings, the sphere of influence extends to infinite distance.’

“Guess humanity is figuring it out after all…” finalizes Huxley.

Orwell nods in appreciation as they fade away into the memories of the Universe.

The end? Or the beginning?

Continuing Sweet Potato Slips

In our previous blog regarding this topic, we showed what we were up to with a little experiment regarding sweet potato slips possibly for next year.

With that said, we’re now six weeks from the nascent stages of the experiment.  The bad news is, that one of the two original momma sweet potatoes went on strike for low wages.  The great news is that the one that didn’t, proliferated like it was a harem of rabbits.

Three days after our previous post, two more slips were moved into mason jars.  Those weren’t documented via photography though.  However, in this latest batch we have a few photos to share the progression of the sweet potatoes.

The photos will show the original sweet potato from whom the slips are being born from.  There in we have the four original slips from the first batch, and the second two slips that weren’t cataloged.  Finally, we have the new batch of five slips to add to the bunch for a total of eleven.

Above we have the original sweet potato [second from right], with the first and second batch of slips.

SP2To the right we now have the original ‘momma’ sweet potato in all her infinite glory.

Below you have the root system of all of the sweet potato slips that have been moved from the first and the second batches.

All in all, considering that they have gotten no sunlight whatsoever, and luckily it has required minimal attention, the slips and the mother seem to be doing great.  We’ll see how many more slips the future holds.

The last picture shows shows the five new plants with the mother on the left.  Hopefully the experiment continues to go well.

Below follow the videos that prompted the idea for this experiment, and hopefully we can continue to learn/progress as time goes by.

If you happen to have any insights to have, it is always greatly appreciated.
