Review [Recommended Book] – Rise Of The Fourth Reich By Jim Marrs

“Since the war was lost, the “enemy lines” meant, quite literally, a new kind of special guerilla warfare was to be waged from a postwar Nazi underground, quite literally, “behind enemy lines” which would in the aftermath of the war, cover the entire globe, and that warfare was deliberately conceived in conjunction with an advanced technology that, in the hands of Weltanschauungskrieg experts, would be used to spread fear, terror, confusion, and thereby to demoralize the enemy, short circuit his world-interpretation and decision making process….But what precisely, was that technology?”

– Joseph P. Farrel, Saucers, Swastikas And PsyOps – A History Of A Breakaway Civilization: Hidden Aerospace Technologies And Psychological Operations

“If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.”

“The hierarchical organization and the initiation through symbolic rites, that is to say, without bothering the brain but by working on the imagination through magic and the symbols of a cult, all this is the dangerous element, and the element I have taken over.”

– Adolf Hitler

In this tour de force, The Rise Of The Fourth Reich – The Secret Societies That Threaten To Take Over America, Jim Marrs does unparalleled work in exposing an extensive amount of data regarding the Nazis that you will not get taught in school.

As its often said, history is written by the winners, and an odd history it is that most people know very little about the Nazis except for what they have heard about from the mainstream media.

One quick, yet notable example of how history is twisted, is the fact that much of the populace is blind to the fact that America, the Vatican, as well as other countries funneled Nazis through ratlines in droves. If that were it, it would be bad enough. However, many of those very high-ranking criminal Nazis were given positions of power within the establishment of the time via Project Paperclip; most notable of those is Dr. Wehrner Von Braun, who in later years became the head of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration [NASA]. Other high ranking Nazis brought over in such a manner include Kurt Diebner, Otto Hahn often called “the father of nuclear chemistry” Walter Gerlach, and many others.

Therein, by 1955, nearly a thousand German scientists had been funneled into the United States and given vital positions within the American Scientific community. This gave firm roots to what Jim Marrs calls ‘The Fourth Reich’, within the American Landscape.

An examination of those very Nazi roots within the American establishment is what Marrs carries out in this landmark book.

From his foray into the strangeness of Rudolf Hess and his particular case, to an examination of what is oft-termed ‘Nazi Wonder Weapons’, Marrs – like a heat seeking missile – locks into the most keen of aspects in his extensive synopsis of the Nazi abstruse lore.

Another great topic of note that affects our everyday lives – yet has its nascent stages within the Nazi history – is the one of the neurotoxin Fluoride.   Unbeknownst too many is the fact that not only is this toxin put into the water supply, but it also causes extensive detrimental side effects such as lower IQ [as Harvard studies find], mental retardation, brain damage, skeletal fluorosis, increased bone fractures, genetic damage, dental fluorosis, gastrointestinal disturbances.  Marrs also covers the noxious Aspartame, which the FDA knows has 92 potential side effects, but still pushed it through since it was Donald Rumsfeld’s Bioweapon Legacy.

Some of the other topics touched upon by Marrs include the Nazi Mind Control programs [that aided in the spawning of the infamous MK-Ultra Mind Control program], as well as the elite & corporate ties to the Nazis, the Nazi connections to the pharmaceutical industry, I.G. Farben and their love for eugenics, the pervasive control of mainstream media, and a whole lot more.

Calling this merely a great book would be an understatement. This particular well researched piece is a veritable library of references for the inquiring individual. It is as well rounded as it is incisive. Not having it would be a great disservice to those wishing to understand the current criminals in a plethora of positions powers such as politics, finance, banking, etc. whose ties lead back to some these nefarious roots.

Breakaway Guide To Simplifying Your Life

By: Zy Marquiez
January 17, 2016

“Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication.”
– Leonardo Da Vinci

“If you can’t explain it simple enough, you can’t understand it well enough.”
– Albert Einstein

———————–

Upon musing a bit about the term ‘simplicity’ it occurred to me to search for the term “Law of Simplicity”. There were many tips on simplifying everything, and countless permutations of the idea in various ways, but no actual law [that was apparent to me] that could be easily shared. If anyone finds a solid ‘simple’ [pun intended] then please share it with us, as its pertinent to the focus of this blog.

Let’s get to the core of the issue: simplicity.

Two definitions according to dictionary.com are:

“the state, quality, or an instance of being simple.”

“freedom from complexity, intricacy, or division into parts.”

Pretty straight forward, right?

For our purposes we will distil it one step further for the purposes of this blog and say: to keep things as simple and as practical as possible. Simple.

You must be asking yourself, why are we even talking about this topic? Great question.

Because depending on what point of view one uses, and in this case we’ll use a detached-macro point of view of society as a whole, then it’s pretty obvious people tend to complicate their lives way more than they should.

These complications seep into every aspect of an individual’s life, and end up taxing them in countless way.

Are people even cognizant of it? Some definitely are; however, many are not.

Here are what some incisive minds have stated about keeping things simple:

“Beauty of style and harmony and grace and good rhythm depend on simplicity”
– Plato

“Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance.”
– Coco Chanel

“Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”
– Confucius

“In character, in manner, in style, in all things, the supreme excellence is simplicity.”
– Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

“Be as simple as you can be; you will be astonished to see how uncomplicated and happy your life can become.”
– Paramahansa Yoganda

– Simplicity will stand out, while complexity will get lost in the crowd.”
– Kevin Barnett

“The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak.”
– Hans Hoffman

“The greatest ideas are the simplest.”
– William Golding

– “If you can’t explain it to a six year old, you don’t understand it yourself.”
– Albert Einstein

“It is not a daily increase, but a daily decrease. Hack away at the inessentials.”
– Bruce Lee

Its quite noteworthy that such individuals engaged in this particular thought process. It alludes to the importance of this topic.

Keeping the above insights in mind, what are some aspects of life that people tend to complicate?

Relationships, food, health, politics, etc.

Relationships? That should be an obvious one, and one everyone can relate too. Let’s distill this in its most simplest form.

If someone – be it a lover, friend, acquaintance, etc – in a relationship treats you like trash, all the time, or heck, most of the time, then they’re probably definitely not worth your time/energy. Bam. Simple. No excuses. Once you start justifying the erroneous actions of others as righteous [for whatever] reason, or giving them excuses, when it’s obvious they just don’t truly care [if they did, they wouldn’t be treating you like crap, all the time], you’re doing yourself a world of disservice.

It doesn’t matter if they are family or not. In fact, family members in many situations get away with everything AND the kitchen sink because they are family. Remember, putting up with their bullshit is a choice. No excuses. Keep it as simple as you wish, or as complicated.

Next on the menu, food.

Food? Why food? Because eating things that are a poor excuse for food, only makes things complicated.

If you don’t believe me, look at the epidemic of diseases that’s rampant costing hundreds of thousands of lives due to many reasons, a strong one being food. Why food? Because much of food is laden with toxins such as fluoride, aspartame, GMOs, etc. Each of those by itself can cause diseases. When taken in combination, which most people do, it’s a toxic free for all and your health is on the menu.

How to simplify this? Easy. Eat the best, most healthy food that you can. Nourish your body with that which empowers it.

Health being the most vital component in life, let’s elaborate further to be more precise.

Researching Non-Genetically modified, organic, locally grown [if possible] pesticide free food is a good great start. Making sure you drink fluoride-free water is even better.

Many can attest to the wonders of having real, nutrient-dense food like our ancestors did. A great book that talks about this is The Paleo Approach by Sarah Balantyne. Coupled with that, another outstanding book to keep in mind is Gut & Psychology Syndrome, by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD. The latter book touches on the intricate complexities of the human gut system, and how that fuels disease when your microbiota has been eviscerated by processed foods.

Why is ‘going out of your way’ [as some people argue] to eat real food worth it? Because not doing it is costing millions of lives. Sugar alone, which most people have in processed foods, fuels cancer like liquors fuel parties on the weekends. It’s insane how many people don’t know the inflammatory effects of sugar. That’s only one aspect of food that causes death. There are many more ingredients beyond sugar that should be incisively contemplated.

Unfortunately, sugar has been linked to countless other diseases.

In the article, The Truth About Sugar Addiction, Dr. Mercola sheds light onto 76 different ways sugar can ruin your health.

As a wise person once said, you pay for your health now with real food, or you pay for it later with disease, money and life.

Next on the list, is health.

One might be prompted to think , ‘Didn’t we just cover health?’ From the food angle, yes. From other angles, no.

Food already dovetails quite well into health. That’s only a start. Let’s buttress the above with another point.

As said mentioned elsewhere:

If the average person spends 5-hours daily watching television, then they are probably sitting too much. Sitting too much has dire consequences for one’s health, as some of you may know.

In his article named Watching Too Much TV Linked To Early Death, Dr. Mercola elucidates best:

If you watch television for three or more hours a day, your risk of premature death is double that of someone who watches only one hour or less, according to new research published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.1 The health risks of too much sedentary behavior, including too much sitting, are now widely known.” [Bold emphasis added]

If you want more information about that, please read Dr Mercola’s article cited above. It’s quite detailed and thought-provoking, if sobering.

The above information should be enough to make people contemplate deeply about the health choices they are making. Keep in mind, we’re only talking about sitting and watching TV.

Solution? Stay active. No complicated suggestions here. Just do anything that gets you moving, and bam, you’re health is better than it was if you’re remaining stagnant.

Lastly, politics.

Boy oh boy, where can’t we go here?

In interest of simplicity, let’s synthesize this to the most simplest form.

If a scoundrel politician – regardless of whatever party they are from – lies, they shouldn’t be trusted. If they are caught being bought-off by special interest, they shouldn’t be trusted. And of course, if they are caught stealing, they should not be trusted. No exceptions. What’s so hard about that?

Blind trust of those that throw y/our interests under the bus, each and every day is exactly how we got here in the first place.

When people are not held accountable, they will unleash crimes of godlike proportions. Just look at Wall Maul Street.

In a quick synopsis:

If someone treats you poorly, let them go. Eat real non-GMO organic healthy foods like our ancestors did, if not your life/health will become exponentially complicated. Quit sitting so much while watching TV & don’t trust lying crooks. Solid advice, right?

Simple.

To finalize, within the confines of this blog, ‘the law of simplicity’ will be used to denote instances where we will be making issues as simple as possible for the individual. In such a way, life will be much easier to navigate through, and things that used to be chaotic will literally crumble right before your eyes. Many have reaped these rewards. It’s time for everyone else to do so as well.

The only thing left is making the choice.

Make your life as simple as you wish, or as complicated.

The choice is yours.

“Truth is ever to be found in the simplicity and not in the multiplicity and confusion of things.”
– Isaac Newton

“Nothing is more simple than greatness; indeed, to be simple is to be great.”
– Ralph Waldo Emerson

“How many undervalue the power of simplicity! But it is the real key to the heart.”
– William Wordsworth

Book Review: Gut And Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD

There are many reviews out there in respect to this book Gut And Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD. Within these there’s a kaleidoscope of different point of views in respect to what their personal opinions/anecdotes have been.

One thing that one particular individual stated that the tone of the book seemed like the author offered a ‘miracle’ cure.   That was never something that seemed for me to be the case.  A treatment, by definition, is not a cure.  If after conquering whatever disease it might be, if an individual opts to stop this ‘treatment’ its very likely that disease will crop up once more.

Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride grounds the data provided in this book with an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence. Anyone looking for quick ‘miracles’ is sadly mistaken.

This book can help people, but its hard work – a lot of hard work. There are no guarantees however.

The human body is a constellations of systems within systems all performing a synergistic dance that makes us who we are. When portions of this system is out of balance – even just one aspect – there can be quite the detrimental side effects thereafter.

Given that, this book has helped a large amount of people that have opted to follow the diet/data provided here.

The data information provided in this book, especially when coupled with ‘The Paleo Approach’ By Sarah Balantyne Ph.D. helped me immensely.

Am just mentioning Balantyne’s book for those looking for more research into diet and how that can help one overcome [or at least move into the right direction] the countless diseases plaguing individuals nowadays.

As a person who has had Ulcerative Colitis, a sound diet has been a life saver for me, literally. This hasn’t come easy.

The title of this book doesn’t mention UC outright, however, the disease is definitely mentioned in the book, and more importantly, the issue of ‘leaky gut’ is tackled rather incisively. This is important because gut issues are present in all unhealthy people. When you look at disease from this angle, there is a lot of knowledge to be had for those seeking to why dis-ease is as wide spread as it is, as well as what are some of the things one can do to begin moving forward.

Getting back to a previous point, the diet component is not easy. It is possible however. If such wasn’t the case, so many people wouldn’t be giving this particular review and sharing anecdotal data of their successes and such.

For me personally, the sugar component was the hardest thing to overcome. Overcoming this factor is absolutely imperative for people to overcome if one wants regain their health.

Sugar is absolutely widespread in our culture these days, and it causes way more problems that can be listed here. As Campbell-Mcbride elucidates the average western person consumes about 160-200 lbs of sugar a year. Not only that, but sugar itself fuels Candida, and worse, cancer. And that’s just one component in the diet. The author mentions countless ones that cause deleterious issues.

Its important to know what causes dis-ease in our modern society, and this book does a particularly poignant job in shedding light into many confusing aspects of diet.

This book had been recommended to me years ago, and made the mistake of not getting it. If you have been interested in this book, don’t make the same mistake that was done by me. If you’re already here, you’ve probably heard of the work done by the author and whatnot, and are familiar with some of the progress that has taken place by people that have been willing to approach this with an open mind.

After being hospitalized countless times [almost every other year [and sometimes consecutive years ongoing] for many years and sometimes staying for weeks], and having been out of remission with UC for years at a time, something had to be done.

The solutions outlined by doctors were just not cutting it for me. Nothing was working. This was why it was easy to realize that big changes had to be implemented if a healthy life was going to be attainable for me again.

This book by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, as well as Balantyne’s book The Paleo Approach were very instrumental in me regaining my health. There are many options out there. Am just putting light to the information in hopes that perhaps in the future this help can help others as its helped me.

This is just speaking from personal experience. Take that for what it’s worth.

Topics such as the gut, the immune system, gut flora [and all its components] as well as even the gut-brain connection are all written about quite well. Toxins of all kinds are also broken down so to speak.

Within the recommended diet portion of the book, the most important and beneficial dietary changes that can be had are spoken about at length, as well as the top influences that help the immune system, as well as the ones that damage it, are also touched upon.

There really is a lot of vital information to be had by this book. The strength of it lies in how it allows the reader to realize the importance of gut health is, given the little amount of information coming out from the medical establishment.

In any case, there is extensive information for people whether they are at a beginner level, or come from a more experienced area in relation to these topics.

This is the type of information you wish everyone within the medical fields [and all education for that matter] were exposed too. That’s fantasy thinking however.

In the real world, the individual needs to do everything he can to regain their health, and its their responsibility to do that. This book helps you along that journey.

As mentioned before, a mistake was made by me years ago in not getting the book when it was extremely recommended by a dear friend of mine who had many health issues they conquered. Don’t make the same mistake.

If you’re interested, by all means go ahead. You will not regret it.

What Is Part Of The [Establishment] Plan?

By: Zy Marquiez
January 4, 2016

Pondering quite a bit upon a recent conversation with a friend of mine, we delved into things that are obviously a plan of the comptrollers, and some events that are not.

Things that are ‘part of the plan’ as the Joker [Heath Ledger] famously joked in the second modern Batman reboot, are things/issues that society as a whole has gotten used to, for various reasons.

Things that aren’t part of the plan, are things that throw a wrench into the ‘official’ reality, so to speak.

Here’s that starkly grim and yet illuminating quote:

“You know what I noticed? Nobody panics when things go “according to plan.” Even if the plan is horrifying! If, tomorrow, I tell the press that, like a gang banger will get shot, or a truck load of soldiers will be blown up, nobody panics, because it’s all “part of the plan”. But when I say that one little old mayor will die, well then everyone loses their minds!”
– Joker

The clip below elucidates this best.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0AXgaFqEas

With that said, am not by any means advocating that people should do anything to any mayors, people in power, or anything of the like.  Was just using the notion behind that particular scene to show how reality ultimately operates.

The plan is what society expects based on what the duplicitous media/establishment/corporations expounds. If society expects a certain thing to happen, be it organic, or engineered, then its ‘part of the plan.’ But if society doesn’t expect a certain event to take place, then that’s not part of the plan, but also usually ends up in people’s ‘moral compass’ coming off the hinges in a myriad of ways because their carefully orchestrated reality [illusion] just got shattered.

The careful management of illusion is why so many vital topics of utmost importance are not talked about within the duplicitous mainstream media circles.

Rummaging further, we can gather that although the above line was said in a fictionary world, we must remember that in America everything is backwards.

“In America fact is fiction and fiction is fact”, as former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Catherine Austin Fitts says regularly. This is because Hollywood elucidates quite clearly how our reality operates much more than most realize or care to ponder.

How do we know what is part of the plan by the comptrollers?   By sifting for evidence that show us the unfortunate circumstances.

Here are some notable examples:

Not allowing people to have organic, real salmon is part of the plan.

– Not having mainstream media presstitutes talking about fake grassroots movements funded by Corporations, also known as astroturfing is part of the plan.

– Not discussing countless studies of vaccinations [80+ studies outlining some of the dangers of vaccinations] that blow a hole into the mainstream media & establishment narrative the size of cape cod is part of the plan.

– Not discussing Geoengineering information that is pertinent to our every day health, and to our knowledge of our current environment is part of the plan.

Not having actual Presidential debates of substance like they used to have in times past is part of the plan.

– Not discussing cannabis’ benefits with certain diseases. There are countless diseases cannabis benefits for what its worth.  Look it up.

– Not discussing the work of Dr. Burzynski, which happens to have come up with an effective way in dealing with some cancers, and yet this isn’t discussed in the mainstream at all.

– Not discussing the dangers that fluoride poses in when its added to water. Not only water fluoridation failed modern civilization [as if it could really succeed], but its been rejected by place after place after place.

Not addressing findings that throw a wrench into the official history of The Great Pyramid is part of the plan.

– And finally, not discussing how the mainstream media manipulation machine is spearheaded by six media conglomerates, how their viewer numbers are declining & how they’ve been caught lying about stories is part of the plan.

Keep in mind that, you returning to your regularly scheduled programming, is also part of the plan.

Now the open-minded, skeptic, incisive, BS-detecting, relentlessly researching, [un]common sense individual though? That’s not part of their plan.

You going to follow their plan?   Or you going to create your own?

The choice is yours.

Book Review: Secret Missions 2: The Lost Expeditions Of Sir Francis Burton by Walter Bosley

secretmissions2

December 31, 2015

In his second book in the ‘Secret Mission’ series, Walter Bosley takes us on an adventure that’s quite breathtaking as it is thought provoking.

Secret Missions 2: The Lost Expeditions Of Sir Francis Burton is a strong sequel to the first book Secret Missions: The Hidden Legacy Of Old California, which was just as dynamite as this one.

Bosley begins by building the background for the case that Burton – as an agent of multiple institutions – carries out a classic ‘op within an op’ that covert circles are littered with.

From locale to locale facts are explored & synthesized, thence extrapolated from rather incisively in a way that makes the reader follow the case he is making for Burton’s hunt for an ancient civilization[s?].

Burton’s extensive work is used to build the case, and many of the finer theories are inferred quite logically given the availability, and sometimes lack thereof of information. Not because the author doesn’t search, but because some of the vital data is downright classified still to this day. That begs the question: why?

What was so imperative, that long after Burton is gone, long after the world has changed over countless times, that information found in an expedition – that according to mainstream biographers didn’t take place – that took six months and countless locales still hasn’t made the light of day?

The answer to the question, and more, is the quest of Bosley.

At certain junctures, this book even dovetails slightly with his previous Secret Missions book, which goes to show how much interest the ruling powers of the day had in the civilizations of ‘high antiquity’. This is easy to see once we see the breadth and scope of the technological capabilities [megaliths, etc.], history and knowledge that could be had from the search and seizure of ancient loot, knowledge, et al.

Knowledge that could arguably set the foundation for something much more, advanced.

In any case, if you’re used to Bosley’s previous work, or fascinated in these particular subjects, this book will be a quick read for you.

The strength of this book lies in the amount of data provided by the author, which only serves to buttress his argument that much more.

Its one of those book that truly makes you wonder about how much history has been kept from us.

And better yet, what still remains out there unexplored…

Given how much of or history has been distorted, suppressed, and erased, and coupled with Bosley’s knack for the period, have a feeling myself that this and his previous book are ‘only the beginning’ of many more grounded, logical, and insightful adventures.

Book Review: Words To The Wise – A Practical Guide To Esoteric Sciences by Manly P. Hall

In Words To The Wise, A Practical Guide To The Esoteric Sciences, Manly P. Hall gives a detailed examination of knowledge descending from the ancient mystery schools.

Hall delves into the finer strands of all that is metaphysics, religion and spirituality in a way that’s easy to comprehend for a novice, and yet sophisticated in depth for people that have interested in the subject for quite a while and are searching for more substantial information.

Beginning with the true and false paths to wisdom, Hall picks apart many of the aspects that can be confusing for people given how much information is out there. Keep in mind, the original version of this book was published in 1936, with the updated version revised in 1963.

That being said, the information is still quite pertinent given the unfortunately slow [spiritual] development of most of society at our current moment.

Hall speaks of the importance of learning from the ancient teachers – the upper echelons of ‘an unbroken metaphysical tradition’. Teachers such as, Plato, Aristotle, Hippocrates, Plutarch, Pythagoras, Proclus, and many many more. He even mentions some books which are vital to sift through and learn from that should be part of any student/researcher’s library.

Throughout the length of the book, Manly P. Hall talks about the importance to be able to hone in much of the misinformation/disinformation that is prevalent in this field, and he even gives thorough advice as to how to go about doing that.

Hall analyzes the seven requisites for a person of character, and thence goes into how to go about seeing what type of mystery schools are out there.

Ultimately, Hall goes into the importance for the individual to work on [spiritual] self-mastery above all. This notion is harpooned from countless angles and highly cautioned upon given the fact that the modern world religions, so called ascended masters, and even modern mystery schools, all attempt to tell you what to think, and not how to think. This is why Hall focuses so much on being discerning in this particular abstruse field.

Many great things have been said about this book, and for good reason. It offers valuable information that can save you a lot of precious time that can be used incisively elsewhere.

If you are familiar with Manly P. Hall’s work, then you know the realize the high quality of his information. And if you don’t, you really ought to take a gander at it. It will be well worth your time.

To finalize, will leave you all with a snippet of the author’s mentality:

“Philosophy elevates man to the level of truth, creating within him the capacity to sense and to realize, to visualize and to comprehend.”
– Manly P. Hall
