There are countless inquiring individuals in the alternative research community that put out good work.  Then there are those who put out great work.  Dr. Suarez is the latter.

What sets former Marine Suarez apart from the rest?  The fact that he not only gives accurate, thought-provoking information that all individuals should know, but that he does so in a clear, concise, and no-BS manner.

Because of that, after ordering this book, a solid piece of work was expected from Dr. Suarez, and he certainly did not disappoint.

The Art Of Overcoming The New World Order is a comprehensive look into the many ways individuals can harpoon those that wish to control the populace at every turn.

The collection of essays within this particular book have much information one can glean from them.  Not only does the author offer a few options for individuals to shed their mental chains from the control matrix, but offer also within the pages are many of the ways that the matrix extends its tentacles, as well as how to counteract those very instances.

From touching upon the propaganda and mind control mainstream media offers, to speaking at length about the false flags we face as a society, Dr. Suarez does an incisive job at detailing salient aspects of those issues, as well as touching upon quite a few others.

The one caveat for me was that there could have been sources for many of the statements he was making.  Being a seasoned researcher, it is far easier for me than for the average individual to find the information provided.  Since building credibility is important in media, that part was a bit lacking.  Of course, for me, knowing the quality of work that Dr. Suarez puts out, the information is top notch.  But not everyone is going to know the type of researcher and writer he is, which is why the previous statement was made.

Still, the book offers more than plenty of information for open-minded individuals to learn from, especially given how  a great portion of the book is dedicated to unplugging from the matrix and what individuals can do to be proactive.

Another great notable point was that the author does not come from a fear-based point of view.  In fact, the opposite can be said.  He reasons that “the awakening process can be seen as a mathematical equation that predicts that in due time things will change as a function of mass awareness.”[1]

The other sage point that was appreciated which the author focused on, was that he brought issues down to the individual level.  The book is full with a can-do approach that’s very nuts-and-bolts and reasonable.  But in the end, it’s up to the individual to take action.

In fact, this book is just about that – action.  About people that have learned what threats they face [or are learning] and about the power of individual consciousness and all its creative potential to tackle any obstacle it faces.

As Dr. Suarez stated, those in control attempting to further push tyranny have become predictable, and have lost their creativity.

But the individual still holds their creative potential, and that’s what’s going to make all the difference in the world.

[Book Review] Tavistock Institute – Social Engineering The Masses by Daniel Estulin

January 18, 2016

“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. …In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons…who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.”
– Edward Bernays

As a preamble, the Tavistock Institute was mentioned a long time ago by a blogger [and many thanks to them for bringing this up, since they are so vital to this abstruse topic], and that is how this subject came known to me.

Long story short, it was alleged that the Tavistock Institute actually ran at least one, if not many online forums in order for it to suppress and control where information went.  And anytime it went anywhere near them, those topics were swept under the rug promptly, which only made me want to research it more.  This is how this book/topic peaked my curiosity.

Social Engineering is one of those issues that plagues everyone in society, but that almost no one talks about, even in alternative media circles. There are many reasons for this.

For starters, the establishment does not wants its ways of steering, guiding, molding, and social engineering the masses to be known to the populace. That’s fairly straight forward. But more sinister is the fact that this type of brainwashing begins when one ins young, and by it being an everpresent aspect of life, people see many [most?] of these things that entail mass manipulation as normal.

Tavistock Institute – Social Engineering The Masses by Daniel Estulin is as disturbing as it is comprehensive in scope. The book is a veritable top-down crash course into many of the most powerful aspects of social engineering of society.

This book by Estulin details many of the most sophisticated tools in a way never before done in any book. This alone in and of itself is power, because it allows the incisive/inquiring individual to do their due diligence in seeing what’s what in this esoteric subject.

Various topics are discussed, and spearheading the lot include the Tavistock Institute, the Nazis, MK Ultra, Mind Control, Music, Media, the killing of JFK, Drugs, and much much more.

More incisively, it touches upon “social turbulence”, which is whittling down the population through a variety of modalities, with increasing intensity, to soften up a population and lead them into psychosis.

There is also the aspect of disassociation touched upon from many angles

Estulin covers how victimology, which “is premised upon the theory that individuals can be put through trauma by being exposed to shockingly visual accounts of violence” [notice the rise of violence in TV shows?], has made its way in society. Also noted is what role in how Wikileaks is part of the social engineering agenda, and how that directly ties to mass media.

Mass media’s control mechanism is definitely sifted through with a fine-tooth comb, as well as aspects of it such as “idiotspeak”, which is when the media oversimplifies complex subjects so much, and literally covers them only in one or two sentences, that it serves to dumb down the population. This is further implemented by no direct and thought-provoking discussion followed up. And when that does follow, it’s nigh always to suit some government/corporate agenda.

One unexpected, but vital component introduced by Estulin was the subject of music, and how it plays a role in the mental manipulation of the population. Although not exhaustive, it is quite a meaningful area that goes oft-overlooked even in the alternative media.

Science fiction, the work of H.G. wells, as well as many other authors/writers’ work is analyzed creating a merger that only strengthens the obviousness of the dilemma.

And anchoring all that, there is also an analysis of the subject of Edward Bernay’s and Walter Lippmann’s work with propaganda and public opinion.

There really are still many other subjects that get touched upon, most of which [if not all] are still in play, today, at this very moment.

This book by Estulin allows you to see this careful web of deception, manipulation and control that has been weaved over a mostly unsuspecting populace.

The main strength of this book is the veritable enormity of footnotes/references that allow those inquiring minds to see where he is coming from, whist leaving crumbs for those that wish to follow up on their own research.

Credibility is a vital, and credibility in a subject like this is even more so. Estulin has done an absolutely outstanding job in piecing this together.

This is a book that needs to be part of everyone’s library. Period. You need to know this stuff. Its not only being used against you, but your children, and future generations as well. Subjects covered in this book are way too important to gloss over.

You are implored because nobody else is looking out for your well being. And those that say they are, usually benefit greatly by ‘helping’ you. This book gives your mind range, and versatility in order to deal with what’s already here, and what’s worse, what’s coming.

Be mindful, because social engineering is nigh everywhere. No, that’s not exagerration, that’s a fact. This book makes that very crystal clear.

Buy it because you will not regret it.

Buy it because you need to know.

Buy this book because if you don’t, everything here will be used against you, your family, and kith/kin.

In the age of information, ignorance is no excuse. Especially when so much is on the line.

The choice is yours.

Retail Rapture – Christmas Shopping

“Recreational shopping is the shortest distance between two points: You and Broke.”
– Victoria Moran

By: Zy Marquiez
December 28, 2015

Approaching the bottom of the 9th of the year, the Holidays are winding down.

People are snazzy, have a pep in their step, and are spending dollars ubiquitously like their lives depend on it.

Its that last fact that is often quite overlooked.

The holidays are used by the establishment in a myriad of ways. Most duplicitous among the underhanded reasons lies the profit motive. This is the least analyzed, and often most harmful of all notions parroted during the holiday season to individuals & families.

Why is such the case? Because many folks will go all-in during holiday shopping, and some do it without even having the funds to do so [i.e. credit cards, loans, borrowed money, etc.]

If the holidays truly are about quantity shopping quality time, as many people are quick to expound, then the material component to the holidays isn’t needed to carry out such.

For something to have meaning, the time/experience/memory had should be exceptional to the individual. This, and this alone, should be what is related as a message. However, we know the establishment and deceitful media does not ever come close to that idea without touching the material realm.

This isn’t to say that a gift, something tangible, cannot have meaning. Far from it.

Meaning, most of the time, comes from the eyes of the beholder in a sense. Overlooked many times though, is the fact that meaning many times comes from how others see things, which just so happen to be material a lot [most?] of the time.

For instance, an object by itself is just an object. But we have all seen the power that any material object can have – no matter what it is – over people when others besides themselves crave it.

If an object isn’t lusted for by thousands, people usually don’t give it a second look. However, the second ‘everyone’ wants something, then its en vogue, in style, the new fad.

Some examples of this are phones, games, toys, purposes, clothing, brands [which comes from the word branding, which has a nefarious history, but that’s another story] so on and so forth.

At its most basic premise, what we are talking about here is the overwhelming urge to shop, for the sake of shopping. It is recreational shopping at its finest.

And if that is what is carried out, rather than the search of something meaningful for the happiness of other, then its void of substance.

Why is this? Because shopping can be done at any moment in the year, any time, any place, any locale, and the only reason most people shop during the holidays is because the corporate conglomerates and media have helped socially engineer retail rapture to unheard of levels.

The amount spent during the holidays is ludicrous. It’s the type of resources used that could literally change entire families/communities/regions, but are used to shop for things that most people aren’t in need of.

Sure, it’s called meaningful, but why should something material that’s purchased during a time that you’re ingratiated to spend money on, have any more meaning than any other time that you are taught to spend money on?

Here are some memes expounded by the establishment/media and how much money was expected to be spent for each particular holiday:

– If its 4th of July, you’re a patriot. Of course, with the establishment expecting $6 Billion for this holiday, why wouldn’t they carry out propaganda. True Translation: spend money to ‘support’ your country corporations.

– If you spend money on Labor Day, you’ve earned it due to hard work. Then again, with the establishment having expected $13.5 Billion to be spent on labor day what wouldn’t they say? True Translation: you’ve earned the right to line corporate pockets to the hilt.

– If its during Halloween, then it’s a celebration and whathaveyou. And this has become an enormous time of the year for money spent compared to what it used to be decades ago. If you’re skeptical it was estimated Americans planned on spending $7.4 Billion on Halloween alone. True Translation: spend money because that’s what celebrations are for. P.S. That includes 350 million dollars for pet Costumes. You read that correct.

– Thanksgiving? One needs to be thankful of course! Coupled to this is Black Friday, in which people spent in 2014 $89 Billion in online sales alone. True Translation: spend even more money.

– Finally, Christmas. The reason for all bliss to exist. The propaganda is extremely high, especially given the fact that Americans are expected to spend $600 Billion dollars. True Translation: quantity/objects are where meanings are at, thus, spend money.

In none of the examples above is the press ever even dabbling into just spending quality time with people, without lining the pockets of the corporate cartels. The mere thought is sacrilegious. Such is an act of suicide for presstitutes to engage in such abhorrent behaviour. How dare they?

This is why it rests solely on the individual – the foundation of society – to be prudent, incisive, and rather discriminatory in the way that any money is spent, especially during the holiday season. Coupled with that is the fact that the very loot money that’s gathered by the corporate crooks is the profits used to throw the populace under the bus at every given turn.

That laughing sound behind the curtains is irony by way.

However, complaining about corporations that ‘run the show’ and giving them dollars day in and out, every holiday in and out, having that money used against you, is shooting yourself in the foot is shooting yourself in both feet and blaming the weapon for you shooting yourself.

Spend money? Sure. We just be wise about it.

Just remember, quality is quality.   Quantity is quantity. Some people use them interchangeably, – unknowingly [more gifts = more love] – but they are not.

In reality: quality = love / more quality = more love.

Now there’s a choice you won’t hear the current paradigm expound upon any time soon.

Be prudent.

Have fun.

Enjoy your time with those you love. That’s what life is really about.

Media Manipulation Machine

The media matrix tells us how to think
But your gut keeps drumming otherwise
This media matrix is their weakest link
Those not turning it off will face demise

Open-minded skepticism – light in the dark
Discern, verify, recheck, then ruminate
You find irregularities which incite a spark:
“Was that event planned, or was it fate?”

The box keeps spitting its lies, war & fear
Claiming they stand for peace & justice
Always unbiased! – Almost in the clear…
Yet,many lies, can I really believe just this?

Methodical & trenchant – time to gather info
By then reading articles, books, dox & papers
Before you know it, you are a truth nympho
Finding deaths, lies & even sinister capers

The propaganda cannon stands in your way
Solution? Unplug from the box, its old news
Come hell or high water, this is YOUR DAY
Let us see what OUR reality really holds true…

Conformity Crisis – [Part 1]

“Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth.”
– John F. Kennedy

————————–

By: Zy Marquiez
November 25, 2015

Conformity is like a virus. It wholly envelops you, it eviscerates you incisively, it sand by the time you find out you’re a victim, it’s too late. Conformity in fact plagues a large sector of society.

When people conform they are acting in congruity with what which is right with that which in the end draws energy from them in a myriad of ways. In many instances, these so engineered social standards et al. facilitate the top-down control that is prevalent in society. This control mechanism begins at the top, and ends with you.

At the top, stand the institutions, corporations and governments that mold the populace in many sophisticated ways. Among these tools are: entrainment technology, social engineering, mind control and relentless propaganda. These are carried out at various degrees and to a variety of reasons.

Sacrificed at the altar of the collective stands the authentic individual, who if ignorant of such issues falls like the next domino in a long calculated game.

There are varying ways in which we can see how individuals have fallen by the wayside of conformity. Some of these include individuals who wish others to be authentic individuals just like them. What better than to be a carbon copy? This is ever-present from child all the way into adulthood. Truthfully, it is the fact that it begins in childhood that makes it so abnormal in adulthood.

Another common example is anyone who is wishing to impose their world view on you [be it knowingly or unknowingly i.e. politics, religion], rather than have you arrive at your own conclusion. Heaven forbid you think for yourself. No reason to do that, others can do it for you. Need we get any more specific here?

Other ‘smaller’ examples of this pervasive dilemma are people that are shunned for wearing something different, or having a different hairstyle, for dating someone different, and so on and so forth. “How dare they be different!?”

The permutations of this issue are nigh endless and as time passes this control mechanism seeps into the mind of many, and manages in a virulent & twisted way to morph them into perfect little robots – cogs in the machine.

Rendered useless are the creative thoughts of the individual. Imagination sacrificed for the comfort of the collective. Comfort. Such a…comfortable word. In fact, comfort is exactly why many people do rarely anything to push themselves further in life. It is a nice word concept, until some become a slave for comfort.

Comfort can be a good thing at times, when one’s had a rather exhausting and fulfilling day. Yet comfort is not the main driver in many people’s lives when they want it.

Ever seen some women get ready to get all dolled-up and be their best dashing selves? It sure can’t be comfortable [to some!] spending so much time doing their hair, putting in a lot of work into personal appearance, maneuvering daily with nails that double as claws [not a bad thing!] or wearing high heels and so on. Definitely NOT comfortable. Why do they do it? Because not only do they love to look good amazing, but the net results of such work is often greater then taking the easy way out.

What does the above have to do with conformity? Isn’t it obvious? Ever see women get competitive? Technically, many folks try and out do others, but women trying to outdo do others for a date, job, notoriety will do so in such an admirable and yet vicious way [at times] that it’s worthy of admiration. Nothing is held back – nothing. Their nemesis will be waylaid into oblivion, shred into the vortex of destruction that they deserve for walking in their path. The rather unique – yes, unique! – way in which women stand out from the crowd/competition can be quite the sight. The epitome of individuality, to the point that its become an industry empire that our ancestors would never have dreamed off.

Individuality is the alpha to conformity’s omega. It’s the beginning to conformity’s end.

Really, who wants to be a facsimile of somebody else, when they can act different from the crowd? Or dress different? Live different? Think different?   Create different – Be different.

There are many unique individuals out there, flaunting your own style – not settling for anything nor anyone. You are lauded for that. You are the tip of the spear my friends. Without you, life would be boring. Ponder that anytime someone wishes to impose their cookie-cutter reality upon you.

As someone once said, if you’re lucky enough to be different, don’t ever change.  And what better method to breakaway, than that?

Finalizing:

“The reward for conformity is that everybody likes you except yourself.”
– Rita Mae Brown

The Individual – The Foundation Of Society

By: Zy Marquiez
November 20, 2015

“They [conformists] think society wiser than their soul, and know not that one soul, and their soul, is wiser than the whole world…Society everywhere is in conspiracy against the manhood of every one of its members….Whoso would be a man, must be a nonconformist…. Nothing is at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

———————————————

The collective is often promulgated as the vanguard of society – the gears that keep society moving forward. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Choice, and choice alone, is what allows the pillars of society to maintain themselves atop. Without choice, nothing could be accomplished. Who holds the ability to make choices? The individual.   This fact makes individual consciousness the bulls-eye in the boundless reality we life in the eye of the powers that shouldn’t be.

On a daily basis, individuals are swamped with meaningless information, much of which is designed to keep the collective stagnant, and the individual’s mind overwhelming docile.

In large part the media plays a very incisive/essential role in reality the Matrix. They hold the keys to the kingdom, they narrate what is, and isn’t, and they and only they know what’s ‘good’ for you’. You, being the group, should just follow the lead. Questioning anything is ludicrous. Have you seen how people that say anything that differs with popular opinion are treated? And yet, is the collective that rush towards the cliff unknowingly.

A fitting axiom for this is: “The mind of one free thinker can possess a million ideas. A million fanatics can have their minds possessed by a single idea.”

Ultimately, the individual is the one that gives the media its power.

How is this accomplished? Attention. At its base, attention given to the presstitutes allows the media to profit whilst also infusing the populace’s brain with the latest and greatest agenda. The individual, however, can always detach.

Besides profit, there is the ever present and relentless memes that the media melds into its nightly account of what the news is, and that is the teeth of the monster. This make it seem like the media is the gateway to knowledge – the top of the pyramid. This is a fallacy, however.

The vortex of truth, the grid of reality, the constellation of individuality all center upon the ultimate weapon – consciousness. Without consciousness, everything disappears. And who holds said consciousness? The individual.

Individuals are the foundation out of which society functions. Communities, institutions, corporations, governments & churches all gain their power from the individual. Without the individual the collective cannot even exist.

Without the individual, the media would not only have no one to expound the latest news towards, but also nobody to brainwash in the process.

As mentioned earlier, the individual has is the ability of free choice. This is often hijacked in a sophisticated and surreptitious way, to make the individual think they are choosing. An example of this is the duopoly.

What is the duopoly? It is ultimate illusion of choice. Some of the best examples of this are: pepsi/coke, christianity/islam, republicans/democrats, east/west, and many other underhanded subtle permutations that control our daily lives.

If the individual thinks he is has the illusion of choice, he believes he holds the power. But in most categories, the individual has been given a constellation of empowering information information from a limited box from which to choose from. With narrow, and very constricted choices at that. Politics is the epitome of this.

This remains largely unnoticed since it is a lifelong process by which people have been mold into giving way their power. A sinister example of this takes place in schooling.

If you are reading this blog, there is a reasonable assumption that you realize that the modern public school system leaves a lot to be desired is absolutely useless nowadays.

An example of reality reduction is this: Imagine yourself in school, and taking the classic multiple choice test. Instead of allowing the student to show mastery of the subject, and answering the questions with the best possible answers, the individual is automatically put in a box, asked to choose from multiple choices, of which one is already the correct one. You see, reality doesn’t exist beyond those four choices. Heaven forbid one was actually allowed to use mental precision and answer a question in complete sentences. To show reason and logic.

By constant repetition and intrinsic simplicity, not only is one’s mind unable to stretch itself to the rims of subject mastery, but this essentially creates an automaton out of the individual – a person cog in the machine that merely regurgitates information when asked, rather than an individual who thinks for him/her self and is always at the tip of the spear, ready for action. Prepared for whatever life bring them, and not reactive to situation.

There is a great saying: “Knowledge is power. Lack of knowledge is lnack of power.” A corollary to this would be: Choices allow individual power. Lack of choices create lack of power.

By shrinking and pummeling reality at every turn giving us whatever version of the news is convenient/profitable for the comptrollers, the magician behind the curtain systematically curtails the individual’s mental faculties.

The individual must deftly identify all that is inimicable in their environment, and proceed accordingly. He must sharpen his mental/psychological/physical/spiritual blades to be up to the challenge – whatever daily challenge is strew upon his environs.

The establishment states the economy is great? The individual realizes that it’s a controlled decent at the moment, not buying the propaganda. The establishment says politicians will solve the latest issue? The individual realizes politicians are one the current social issues. The establishment expounds that cancer is on the rise, and we must ‘race for the cure’? The individual realizes many forms to eviscerate and cure cancer, and better yet, knows how to prevent it in the first place. The establishment states that vaccines are needed for the latest flu season. The individual is extremely skeptical of such a thing, because he realizes that the CDC has been constantly caught lying, and is untrustworthy; he also realizes that there is evidence here, here, here, here, here, and here that ultimately destroys the official storyline. The establishment is recommending one go spend money on black Friday! The individual realizes that finances should be used selectively, because only he will ultimately be responsible for their own financial well being. The establishment states that terrorism is on the rise. The individual is skeptical due to the historical media inconsistencies regarding this topic and false flags that have taken place, but is always prepared and armed, because he realizes being unarmed automatically makes you a victim if death comes knocking on your door.

And lastly, the establishment states that the individual must be sacrificed at the altar of the collective.
But the individual realizes that he is the roots of the collective, and no group, no system, no institution nor government can exist without him.

Is there a greater power than that?

Let us finalize with some wise words by an esteemed reporter/researcher:

“It’s instructive to read what authors wrote about core values a hundred or two hundred years ago, because then you can appreciate what has happened to the culture of a nation. You can grasp the enormous influence of planned propaganda, which changes minds, builds new consensus, and exiles certain disruptive thinkers to the margins of society. You can see what has been painted over, with great intent, in order to promote tyranny that proclaims a greater good for all.”

What Is The Best Use Of Your Time

By: Zy Marquiez
November 17, 2015

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.”
—Martha Graham

Recently, someone who has been in my life by way of friendship shared a post on social media. A simple post, really. Or was it?

Let us backtrack one second.

Just earlier today, my mind was traveling through the endless escape that was insomnia, and lo and behold, idea after idea kept sprouting like a field of seeds which was bathed in eternal rain and sunshine.

Gears were turning, levers were pulled, ideas created, filtered, musings edited, so on and so forth. My purpose at this point seemed like an afterthought.  Since sleeplessness had reared its ugly head, this itself gave me a great opportunity; it occurred to me, why not use it?

Thus, after a while of catching up with news online, my said friend had shared a picture that stated one of the very questions that myself just happened to be ruminating on. Quite a coincidence.

It’s a rather simple, yet direct question: What is the best use of your time?

Really, what is it? Is it currently doing what you are doing? Personally, even being cognizant of how important efficient time-management is to me, it can still be daunting to try and be 100% efficient, 100% of the time. Seems rather mechanical doesn’t it? In my personal case, it’s just important that time is not misused, and would rather learn something interesting, learn something important. Better yet, time used in fashion to help myself, and/or help others. Now that is a large driver in my life.

Let us tackle the issue of time use with a simple notion.

Many folks have a penchant for watching TV. A lot of TV. For the myriad reasons that it takes place, the bottom line is that the average person watches 5 hours of TV per day. That amounts to 1,825 hours per year. That is 18250 hours per decade, and 91,250 hours per 50 years. That’s a lot of time! Over the course of 50 years, the totality of the time spent watching TV daily amounts to 3802 consecutive 24-hour days, over that span.  Or “just” 5 hours a day, for 50 years.

Not sure about how others see it, but for me at least, that’s an overwhelming amount of time that could be rather well spent elsewhere.

This is just a nuts and bolts cursory overview of time management in relation to efficiency. Furthermore, that does not take into account the amount of time people spend watching videos/tv online.

For the sake of simplicity, let us assume most of us happen to get 8 hours a day sleeping [yeah, its probably not that much, but let’s stick with it for a moment]. If one were to subtract an 8-hour sleep cycle from the total of 24 hours in a day, then you have 16 available hours to do as you please. Without even getting into whether one works or not, 5 out of those 16 available hours, or nigh 1/3 of all of the average person’s free time is being used by the average person to watch TV.

Fast forward far into the future. Let us crank the levers of imagination here for a second.

At the back end of one’s entire life, one can imagine that sooner or later in a moment of introspection a person might ponder about all those great times. You know, back in the day – a phrase that even many younglings use now days as if they’ve been around for many decades, and such. If one can imagine one of the people that spent an enormous amount of time watching TV, would that person be happy with themselves if they spent nigh 1/3 of all of the free time they had while they were alive watching television?

Let us be more precise. Where does adding 40 hours of work a week put us?

In an entire 168 hour work-week where the average person spends, 56 hours a week sleeping, and 40 hours a week working, that leaves one with 72 hours free. If one were to spend 35 hours a week viewing television, then that would leave 37 hours of free time. That’s nearly half of all of one’s available time spent watching television. That seems ludicrous, does it not?

Many people will propound the idea that they are tired, want to decompress, have had a ‘long day’, so on and so forth. One hears it quite often. That is completely understandable, to a point. But, don’t you think a person rather spend that free time with their loved ones? By the way, if watching TV with your loved ones is the APEX of quality time, then…you might want to rethink the meaning of the word quantity quality.

Why pose such a question? Because, in a world where poverty, all disease, war, et al. are not only endemic, but increasing, does it not stand to reason that a person should do all they can to protect themselves mentally/physically/psychologically/spiritually? Seems reasonable. But are people really putting that much – if any – time to not become a statistic? That however does not seem like a reasonable assumption, seeing as the numbers of folks facing a myriad of issues are increasing year in and year out unceasing.

If people were really doing everything they could to break free of the matrix of control that harvests them, would poverty, disease, war, etc. be increasing? Definitely not.

Some will instantly throw their hands in the air and say, but the republicans/democrats this, or the corporations that, or secret societies “control everything!” While there is endemic corruption in the modern landscape, do those groups/institutions really ‘control everything’?

Do they really? We just made a reasonable case that nearly half of all the free time the average person has in their entire lifetime is carried out choosing to watch TV. Don’t the very groups that people are quick to blame benefit from the inaction of watching TV, that when added up of a combined populace, numbers in the millions of hours of…watching TV? How many hours of extra labor [if one wanted too], or extra self-education, or extra exercise could be carried out by the individual if he/she were to apply a microscopic amount of all that extra TV time, into striving to be the very best of themselves? Think folks would get the picture?

The interesting aspect is that this whole mental exercise also does not take into account how much money goes directly into funding things that people claim they oppose, but which they financially support day in and day out. How many tens of millions of dollars are being spent inefficiently, rather than perhaps investing in the best thing one could, themselves? That number has to be beyond astronomical.

How could an individual ever breakaway their consciousness from this system/matrix, if so much time is spent doing such things?

Now that the levers of imagination have been shifted accordingly, what do you think people will decide? Keep in mind, one need not use all of the time that was use watching TV, doing something else. Just one hour daily, used in an ultra-efficient manner that directly benefits your mind/body/soul would be worth pursuing.

What kind of benefits would accrue if those hours add into the dozens or even hundreds per year? What about thousands of hours over a lifetime? That would create quite a powerful and capable individual – a boundless universe of conscious creation.

How much could one change in their life? What about their community? What about the world? How much could one create spending just a minute amount of time pushing yourself farther than you ever thought possible?

Why don’t we find out? The door is wide open. It’s only a choice.

A blank canvas awaits – a large marble uncut stone slab – for wondrous creation. Await those who want more. It awaits those who are not satisfied with their current path.
