As a preamble to the following post, it must be said that this is definitely not directed at the hard working honest individuals within the medical industry. Countless nurses and doctors do good work, and some are my friends. There are however, antibiotic/vaccine pushing doctors and nurses that know better but whose moral compass is broken while simultaneously there also are profit-pushing CEOs of corporations, hospitals, and vaccine manufacturers that put profits before people, and that enables a system of disease to operate for maximum rewards. In this case, profits for disease. And the more profits there are, the more diseases increases, and that is exactly the kind of Orwellian scenario that is developing with nigh no end in sight.

————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Many in the populace are quick to extol the virtues of Medical System, and although there are a lot of indelible achievements [lives extended, lives saved, etc.] accomplished more often than not, such is not always the case.

Latent deep within Big Medica, the finer details reveal certain issues that have not been reported much [if at all] by the mainstream media. As an example, how many people realize that prescriptions drugs are in fact 16,400% deadlier than terrorists?[1] An immediate reaction to such a statement by many would be something along the lines of ‘That’s preposterous!’, ‘Impossible!’. However, they truth would remain regardless what some wish to believe. Unfortunately, that is only the beginning.

Moreover, with prescription drugs being doled out at the tune of 4 Billion per annum , it’s no wonder that medications are injuring 1.5 Million people a year.[2][3] Not only are there 400,000 injuries that can be prevented each year at hospitals, but there are also 800,000 injuries that occur in long-term care facilities. Of all those, about 530,000 injuries occur to those that chose to use outpatient clinics and had Medicare.[4]

Interestingly enough, the fact that these mistakes result in an additional $3.5 Billion in extra medical costs does not pose much of an incentive for those interested in expanding the Medical System’s rising profits.[5][6] Amidst a medical establishment that is the most expensive in the world, it is extremely disturbing as this study by the Commonwealth Fund illustrates:

The U.S. fails to achieve better health outcomes than other countries, and as shown in the earlier editions, the U.S. is last or near last on dimensions of access, efficiency, and equity.”[7]

Knowing that, it is surely not shocking to see that our medical system really isn’t any better than a that of a third world country.[8]

Establishing those facts, perhaps it is time that people realize how flawed this ‘great’ [profits first, people second] system of medical care is in this country. Worst part is that among the current generation of women, their rate of death is actually in fact higher than that of their mothers.[9] That is one major reason why the US ranks 26th overall in the world in respect to life expectancy.[10]

With all this being known, what is a person to do? Take charge of your health for starters!

Do not live an inactive life, watching an average of 34 hours of TV per week, which limits your mobility since people just sit for hours on end and that ultimately decreases your lifespan.[11][12]

It is much better to be proactive, then reactive in life – your health is no exception. Even though many people know they should ‘eat healthy & exercise’, they seem not to care until something life-altering issue happens to them.

What are you going to do? Become a statistic? Or take control of your health?

The choice is yours, as always.

Conformity Crisis – [Part 2]

ConformityKennedy

“If you do not express your own original ideas, if you do not listen to your own being, you will have betrayed yourself.”
– Rollo May

In part one, we discussed how individuals groups of people often conform to particular ideas based upon what they have often learned from others rather than what they chose for themselves.

Here, we will touch upon other examples where folks conform with or without their knowledge.

In many instances one can see individuals a group of people walking down the street wearing just one color clothing. Just one. Not even two. That would be way too hard. One – *phew* – that took a lot of effort! The boundless color-wheel is the kryptonite to their monochromatic reality. The interesting part is, that many [didn’t say all mind you] of those individuals just traded one system of ideas for another.

One can definitely see that they wanted to “be different” and “stand out,” except in the process of rebelling they didn’t use their imagination to find a solution that made them happy, they just chose to wear the latest idea of rebellion conformity brought about by others.   And heaven forbid if they dare use their imagination challenge the group.

————————————–

On the opposite side of the spectrum, about a lifetime yonder, yours truly was friends with a variety of adolescents from different walks of life.  Different nationalities, different social/wealth backgrounds, religions, the works.  Although we each opted to conform in our different ways, the one way we stood out was in the make-up of our group.

Our ‘core’ group of friends was composed of a black kid, three white kids, an asian, two mexicans, two puertorican, and a Greek kid. Talk about the spice of life!  We could have started one interesting restaurant.

All jest aside, at times whenever we were seen rummaging about the neighborhood, some people gawked at us like it was Satan’s children venturing out of the furnace. It was quite amusing. It was like an adolescent version of the United Nations, except without the nonsense and the drama. Unfortunately, others viewed us like we weren’t even supposed to consider such a sacrilegious undertaking. Sadly, it was them who were in the wrong.  Thankfully though, our parents were very supportive of these friendships.

Those nascent friendships strengthened our resolve in this cookie-cutter world. Thankfully, none of those negative views ever strayed us away from who we truly wished to be in certain respects.

Now, getting to know folks from different races, creeds, religions, and so on, is a walk in the park for myself. Why? Because we all have seen good and bad in every one of those branches of society, and it would be highly ignorant to think that just because the minority of a particular group of people chooses to act in any detrimental way, that the majority should be cast in the same light. It is that very mentality that aids in the left/right global mind-control didactic that is often pushed onto the populace.

Back then, we would have better conversations about life, purpose and meaning, whenever we would together far more often than most adults have now. How is this known?  Any real semblance of a real conversation one wishes to undertake these days is met with askance glances as if one just asked for the equation for light speed.

In any case, getting back on track, those imaginative discussions of ours were by far my favorite part of growing up, ruminating about the mysteries of life without a map, but that’s what made it beautiful. Why? Because people weren’t breathing down or necks telling us what to believe and selling us their latest version of reality. Our imagination was boundless – we played, we talked, we drew, we conquered, we went on adventures and let nothing stop us.

It was a long time before it was possible for me to run into any people that really saw reality as a breathless expanse – a blank page, a blank canvas – instead of the boring conformity-induced reality that is so prevalent today.

Years ago began finding some of these folks in the most interesting and ironic of places. Life was life, and paths converged, and new adventures began.

Gravitating to these folks was natural, like breathing. They were my brethren – comrades in arms ready to take on life in individual relentless ways that challenge your very soul. Pondering everything. Holding nothing back.  They elevated my well being quite profoundly to say the least.

In any case, this post was originally meant to head in a different direction, but that didn’t feel right at the time. Gotta’ follow your instincts, right?

One thing that has become clearer to me over time is that those people that truly stand out don’t fall into systems – any systems. They just are. They let the dice roll where they may. They are each alphas. They each command their own constellations of reality in ways most couldn’t dream of. It often ends up leaving them misunderstood, because people can’t imagine things could be ‘that way’ – i.e. lack of imagination.

Still, they plow forth undeterred, for anything else for them would be selling out, not being authentic, and ultimately not living in a meaningful way. And that’s simply unacceptable.

You all have a wonderful day.

Let’s digress:

“Creativity is not the work of a few. We each carry within us the image of God the Creator; we each have the task of making the earth into a fairer, kinder place. The first step is imagining a better world, and that is most apt to happen when we suffer or look on suffering.”

Retail Rapture – Black Friday

“Recreational shopping is the shortest distance between two points: You and Broke.”
– Victoria Moran

November 27, 2015

The season for the reason is on the horizon! Take your checkbooks out, credit cards, paper money, and everything else you’re willing to sell to raise federal reserve notes!

All jesting over, in all seriousness, let’s pump the brakes for a moment.

As a minor prelude, this post is not meant for everyone that purchases items during Black Friday. It’s meant more for the mentality that has manifested itself around the Retail Rapture that is known as the appropriate and ominously named, ‘Black’ Friday.

Many people opt to carry out their christmas shopping during Thanksgiving Weekend. It’s what some would call the unofficial beginning for Holiday shopping.

Shopping in it of itself is just purchasing a product. That is simple enough. However, what has taken place manifested via social engineering the last decade or so to increase sales [while real media household income has fallen, mind you] has shown what levels human depravity will sink too for the latest $5 dollar toaster.

Here are an assortment of reasons that recreational Black Friday Shopping should be carefully pondered.

Saving money is not a bad thing. However, not all of the products shown are in fact the cheapest price points you could get them at if one were carrying out research of those latest products.

If you are an in-person shopper, the increase density of people that some of those shopping centers and stores have also seemingly proportionally increased the level of violence as well.

The video below details this issue rather well:

Dovetailing with that is the mindless consumerism of products purchased which people did not need in the first place. If you need something, really need it, great. Purchase it. Save money. However, if you’re maxing out credit cards [and hopefully not paying interest, because if you are, then the items purchased really aren’t as cheap as many people make them out to be if you’re going to be paying interest for months] then that might not be the most prudent thing to do. And if you’re following the crowd – literally – then that’s even worse.

The above are not judgements, these are observations of events taking place. If people want to spend money on gifts, sweet. If they want to go to places where they run the increased risk of violence given the mental me-first attitude of many in the populace, all good. If they want to put themselves in financial positions that are detrimental to themselves, fine. But the highly ironic is that many [most?] of these people that are spending money aimlessly in Black Friday and during the holidays, are the same people that will throw Corporations under the bus, when in fact they are the ones funding them. That’s not being apologetic for the corporations, but the Corporations and the shadows behind them have power because of mindless consumerism, and Black Friday is the epitome of income/profit generation for corporations. It’s highly hypocritical to want a better world, and then fund the very corporations that will and have thrown the population under the bus hiking prices needlessly, not having wages keeping up with cost of living, shipping jobs over sees, so on and so forth.

It isn’t surprising that America has become the posterchild for financial ineptitude, but that’s in large part due to indoctrination, propaganda that’s fused at the outset with poor schooling, which does not cover intelligent financial planning [gee, wonder why?].

Why would the comptrollers want you to know how to handle your finances? That would mean less profits for the corporations that would do anything, and often do, for profit, and less market share that can be tapped.  Furthermore, that has lead to a significant decrease in savings, increase in large debt expenses, half the country making about equal or less than $27,500 per year, stagnant income growth for many American families, less assets per family/individuals, and vastly smaller amounts of retirement income/savings that has lead to most folks leaning on social security as their main income stream.

How can one move forward, how can one live a better life, a healthier life, how can one break away from the matrix of control if someone chooses to give it energy in every which way? It’s an impossibility.

With that said, what are our options? We can choose to play their latest game, or we can pull the plug.

The choice is yours. It always is.

Let us part with this:

“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.”
– Albert Camus

Conformity Crisis – [Part 1]

“Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth.”
– John F. Kennedy

By: Zy Marquiez

Conformity is like a virus. It wholly envelops you, it eviscerates you incisively, it sand by the time you find out you’re a victim, it’s too late. Conformity in fact plagues a large sector of society.

When people conform they are acting in congruity with what which is right with that which in the end draws energy from them in a myriad of ways. In many instances, these so engineered social standards et al. facilitate the top-down control that is prevalent in society. This control mechanism begins at the top, and ends with you.

At the top, stand the institutions, corporations and governments that mold the populace in many sophisticated ways. Among these tools are: entrainment technology, social engineering, mind control and relentless propaganda. These are carried out at various degrees and to a variety of reasons.

Sacrificed at the altar of the collective stands the authentic individual, who if ignorant of such issues falls like the next domino in a long calculated game.

There are varying ways in which we can see how individuals have fallen by the wayside of conformity. Some of these include individuals who wish others to be authentic individuals just like them. What better than to be a carbon copy? This is ever-present from child all the way into adulthood. Truthfully, it is the fact that it begins in childhood that makes it so abnormal in adulthood.

Another common example is anyone who is wishing to impose their world view on you [be it knowingly or unknowingly i.e. politics, religion], rather than have you arrive at your own conclusion. Heaven forbid you think for yourself. No reason to do that, others can do it for you. Need we get any more specific here?

Other ‘smaller’ examples of this pervasive dilemma are people that are shunned for wearing something different, or having a different hairstyle, for dating someone different, and so on and so forth. “How dare they be different!?”

The permutations of this issue are nigh endless and as time passes this control mechanism seeps into the mind of many, and manages in a virulent & twisted way to morph them into perfect little robots – cogs in the machine.

Rendered useless are the creative thoughts of the individual. Imagination sacrificed for the comfort of the collective. Comfort. Such a…comfortable word. In fact, comfort is exactly why many people do rarely anything to push themselves further in life. It is a nice word concept, until some become a slave for comfort.

Comfort can be a good thing at times, when one’s had a rather exhausting and fulfilling day. Yet comfort is not the main driver in many people’s lives when they want it.

Ever seen some women get ready to get all dolled-up and be their best dashing selves? It sure can’t be comfortable [to some!] spending so much time doing their hair, putting in a lot of work into personal appearance, maneuvering daily with nails that double as claws [not a bad thing!] or wearing high heels and so on. Definitely NOT comfortable. Why do they do it? Because not only do they love to look good amazing, but the net results of such work is often greater then taking the easy way out.

What does the above have to do with conformity? Isn’t it obvious? Ever see women get competitive? Technically, many folks try and out do others, but women trying to outdo do others for a date, job, notoriety will do so in such an admirable and yet vicious way [at times] that it’s worthy of admiration. Nothing is held back – nothing. Their nemesis will be waylaid into oblivion, shred into the vortex of destruction that they deserve for walking in their path. The rather unique – yes, unique! – way in which women stand out from the crowd/competition can be quite the sight. The epitome of individuality, to the point that its become an industry empire that our ancestors would never have dreamed off.

Individuality is the alpha to conformity’s omega. It’s the beginning to conformity’s end.

Really, who wants to be a facsimile of somebody else, when they can act different from the crowd? Or dress different? Live different? Think different?   Create different – Be different.

There are many unique individuals out there, flaunting your own style – not settling for anything nor anyone. You are lauded for that. You are the tip of the spear my friends. Without you, life would be boring. Ponder that anytime someone wishes to impose their cookie-cutter reality upon you.

As someone once said, if you’re lucky enough to be different, don’t ever change.  And what better method to breakaway, than that?

Finalizing:

“The reward for conformity is that everybody likes you except yourself.”
– Rita Mae Brown
